WORKPIECE CLAMP DEVICE CAPABLE FOR CHANGING CLAMP ANGLE
A workpiece clamp device capable for changing clamp angle is arranged on a base plane and comprises a first and a second movable blocks, a driving block, at least one first and at least one second elastic members, at least one first and at least one second cylinders, and at least one third and at least one fourth elastic members. Since the first and the second cylinders are slightly rotatably and detachably respectively embedded in the first and the second embedding grooves to make the first and the second rough surfaces be exposed and the elasticity of the third and the fourth elastic members is cooperated therewith, the first and the second rough surfaces are slightly fine-tuned based on the shapes and sizes of the workpieces so as to be suitable for clamping and fastening the workpieces with different shapes.
Pressing jaws for crimping pliers
Pressing jaws for opposite arrangement in crimping pliers, the pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and move into each other during pressing. A guide surface extending transversely to the rib longitudinal direction outside of a working region of the ribs is formed, which guide surface interacts with a guide protrusion extending from the opposite pressing jaw. In another version, the pressing jaws have ribs, which are designed to mesh with each other and which have a rib longitudinal direction. Crimping pliers comprise two plier jaws, which are provided with oppositely arranged pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and which, during pressing, move into each other and delimit a pressing jaw opening.
WORKPIECE HOLDING APPARATUS
A workpiece holding apparatus includes: a main body; at least one shaft member capable of coming into contact with a workpiece; a clamping device into which the shaft member is inserted, the clamping device being attached to the main body and capable of switching between an unclamping state that releases the shaft member and a clamping state that clamps the shaft member; and a trigger member configured to switch the clamping device between the unclamping state and the clamping state. The trigger member comes into direct contact with the workpiece, or comes into indirect contact with the workpiece via at least a part of the shaft member, thus moving relative to the main body, and the clamping device switches from the unclamping state to the clamping state.
CLAMP FOR APPARATUSES FOR WELDING PIPES
A clamp, particularly for apparatuses for welding pipes, including a lower jaw and an upper jaw that are mutually opposite and hinged; each jaw is substantially made of plastic material; advantageously, each jaw includes a portion made of plastic material and at least one insert constituted by an interlocking metallic structure that is co-molded within the portion made of plastic material.
Insert press and related method
An insert press that has a threaded shaft with a distal end is disclosed. An insert driver is disposed at the distal end of the threaded shaft. The insert press also includes a press housing that provides a bore through which the threaded shaft extends. The bore is transformable from a first condition in which the threaded shaft is threadably translatable in the bore to a second condition in which the threaded shaft is non-threadably translatable in the bore.
Method and means for securing a face frame to a box cabinet
A method of securing a face frame to a cabinet box whereby spring clamps clamp the face frame to the cabinet box during the gluing process. The method eliminates the need for nails, staples, pocket screws or the like. The spring clamp of the invention enables the face frame to be secured to the outer ends of the cabinet box.
Four-bar clamping device
A clamping device comprises an inner rod, a sliding handle, one or more claws, a top yoke, a bottom yoke, a spring, and a counterweight. The sliding handle surrounds and slides about the inner rod. The top yoke is coupled to the inner rod and each claw is coupled to the top yoke. The bottom yoke is coupled to the sliding handle and each claw is coupled to the bottom yoke via linkage bars. The inner rod is coupled to the counterweight. The spring extends between the sliding handle and the counterweight. The claws, top yoke, linkage bars, and bottom yoke form four-bar linkages. The clamping device clamps an object via a spring force transferred to the claws via the four-bar linkages. Each claw provides an equivalent clamping force independent of orientation of the apparatus. Spring tension is configurable by threading the inner rod into and out of the counterweight.
CLIP FOR SEWING
A clip for sewing includes lower and upper members that are pivotable to each other about a given axis. The lower member has a first prong portion and a first handling portion opposite to the first prong portion. The upper member has a second prong portion and a second handling portion opposite to the second prong portion. A bias member urges the lower and the upper members about the axis so that the first prong portion and the second prong portion are drawn to each other to shut. A plurality of projection/recess pairs are provided, each pair having ng a recess and a corresponding projection to be received in the recess. In each of the projection/recess pairs, the recess is provided at one of the first and second prong portions, while the corresponding projection is provided at the other of them.
CLAMPING DEVICE
The invention relates to a clamping device for a workpiece, comprising a lower clamping element and an upper clamping element which form a workpiece holder.
