HAND CLAMP IMPROVEMENT AND ACCESSORY
A spring clamp for assembly fixturing includes a retainer that limits a minimum distance between jaws of the spring clamp when the spring clamp is in a relaxed state.
Pin clamp
A pin clamp assembly has a housing, an actuating device and a movable locating pin. A clamping device is coupled with the actuating device to move within the locator pin. The clamping device includes a rod and a finger. The finger extends and retracts in and out of the locating pin to enable the locating pin and clamping device to be moved so that the clamping finger clamps a workpiece.
Modular, cam locked soft jaw for holding workpieces securely and accurately in a machine tool
The present invention relates to a clamping mechanism that is configured to securely hold a workpiece in a machine tool, such as, but not limited to a vertical machining center, or a horizontal machining center, etc. More specifically, the clamping mechanism is configured as a modular soft jaw. A multiplicity of clamping mechanisms can be used to cooperatively secure large workpieces. Furthermore, a multiplicity of clamping mechanisms can be incorporated into a job set-up so a multiplicity of workpieces can be processed concurrently. The present invention's clamping mechanism can be secured in orientations such as, but not limited to a machine tool table bed, a fixture plate, a tombstone, etc. The present invention's modular, soft jaw clamping mechanism can be used in conjunction with other work holding equipment, such as, but not limited to jigs, fixtures, tools, vises, clamps, etc.
VISE
A vise is provided, including: a pushing block, including at least one pushing side, each said pushing side including at least one first pushing abutting inclined surface and at least one first restriction structure, each said first restriction structure having a first sliding abutting inclined surface; at least one clamping block, each said clamping block including at least one second restriction structure, each said second restriction structure including at least one second sliding abutting inclined surface, the at least one second restriction structure of each said clamping block slidably restrictable with the at least one first restriction structure, each said second restriction structure and one said first restriction structure restrictably abutting against each other and non-detachable on a direction perpendicular to a sliding path of the clamping block, the second sliding abutting inclined surface parallel to the first sliding abutting inclined surface.
Tool with over pressure indicator and lockout
A tool is used in securing or clamping two or more workpieces together provides a visual indication to a user of the tool of an acceptable range of compression pressure exerted by the tool on a work surface of the workpieces and a visual indication of when a maximum compression pressure exerted by the tool on the work surface has been exceeded.
Soldering Block for LED Tape Light
A soldering block for holding two electrical components in contact or proximity to facilitate their connection, such as by soldering. The soldering block utilizes a pair of fixation elements, such as spring tensioned clamps, to hold the first and second electrical elements in place, conveniently acting as a third hand for the electrician. The soldering block is especially well suited to connecting wires to the terminals of LED tape strip.
Adjustable Torque Clamping Fixture
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable torque clamping fixture, including a clamping body driven by a threaded rod to move and used for clamping an object. The threaded rods implements an axial movement thereof by means of screw thread transmission. An adjustable torque handle is configured at the rear end of the threaded rod. The maximum clamping force is adjusted by the adjustable torque handle. When the maximum clamping force is attained, continued application of a torque on the threaded rod by the handle results in slippage, so that no larger clamping force can be applied, thus implementing precision clamping, and preventing the clamped object from being damaged by an excessive torque. The adjustable torque clamping fixture overcomes the shortcoming of a manual clamping fixture known to inventors of which the magnitude of the clamping force is difficult to determine during use.
POSITIONING CLAMP AND CLAMPING DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A clamping device includes a fixing clamp and a positioning clamp for clamping two plate pieces. The positioning clamp includes a main body having a first abutment surface and a second abutment surface separated by an abutment angle and suitable for respectively abutting against first plate surfaces of the plate pieces. A reversing mechanism includes a reversing member rotatably disposed in the main body and having a limiting portion. The reversing member is rotatable relative to the main body between a first side and a second side, in which the limiting portion is aligned with the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface, respectively, and is suitable for abutting against the end surfaces of the plate pieces.
Clamping feet for an end effector
An attachment for an end effector. The attachment may include a clamp and a foot adhesively bonded to an edge of the clamp and having a set of interlocking features that form a mechanical interlock with the clamp.
POSITIONING STRUCTURE OF CLAMP
A positioning structure of clamp may include a fixed clamp and a guiding rod, and the fixed clamp has a clamping portion and a connecting portion respectively at an upper portion and a lower portion thereof, and a guiding hole penetrates through the connecting portion. The guiding rod coupled into the guiding hole comprises a plurality of first through holes thereon, a first engaging hole and a second engaging hole respectively penetrating through two lateral sides of the connecting portion are respectively communicated with the guiding hole. A plurality of lock holes are formed at the lateral side of the connecting portion same as the second engaging hole. A positioning unit, connected to the connecting portion through the first engaging hole, the second engaging hole, and the lock holes, comprises a clamping block, an engaging block, a positioning bolt, a positioning block, a clamping plate and a rotating member.
