CLAMPING DEVICE
A clamping device, embodiments of which are well suited to securing the tail of a fish, is provided. The device includes one or more clamp arms with actuation bars fixed thereto for causing the clamp arms to pivot when the actuation bars are pushed against an object to be clamped. A locking mechanism locks the clamp arms into the clamped position.

Canvas stretching tool
Disclosed is a handheld canvas stretching tool used to stretch canvas across a stretcher frame. The tool can include upper and lower jaw plates with slip resistant surfaces configured to firmly grasp a portion of the canvas to be stretched. The tool includes wide locking pliers technology, and a second class lever action. These features give the user the mechanical advantage needed to apply a taut stretch to the canvas, while permitting one hand, and sometimes both hands, of the user to be free to apply staples that secure the canvas to the stretcher frame.

HANDHELD PLANT COMPRESSION TOOL
A handheld plant compression tool for performing high-stress training. The tool includes an upper shaft having a plurality of upper shaft notches disposed along an edge of the upper shaft. The plurality of upper shaft notches have rounded shapes that vary in size. The tool includes a lower shaft having a plurality of lower shaft notches disposed along an edge of the lower shaft. The plurality of lower shaft notches have rounded shapes that vary in size. The tool includes a handle attached to or integrated with one or both of the upper shaft and the lower shaft. The upper shaft and the lower shaft are coupled to each other at a pivot point. A plurality of apertures are formed by the plurality of upper shaft notches and the plurality of lower shaft notches when the tool is in use.
Locking Pliers with Movable Torque-Increasing Jaw Section
Pliers are provided. Pliers include an upper handle, a lower handle, an upper jaw coupled to the upper handle, and a lower jaw coupled to the lower handle. In general, the upper jaw includes workpiece engagement surface, such a first set of teeth configured to engage a workpiece, and the lower jaw includes a workpiece engagement surface, such as a second set of teeth and a third set of teeth. The lower jaw opposes the upper jaw such that the first set of teeth faces the second set of teeth and the third set of teeth. At least a section of the workpiece engagement surface of the lower jaw is movably coupled to the lower jaw such that it moves relative to the lower as torque is applied to a workpiece, thereby increasing torque applied to the workpiece.

Tool with mechanism for wear adjustment
An adjustment mechanism for a tool includes a first shroud pivotally attached to a first jaw of the tool and having a trough-shaped first body with a first gap and a first side section with a first aperture. A second shroud is pivotally attached to a second jaw and has a trough-shaped second body with a second gap and a second side section. An arm is pivotally attached to the first and second shrouds, disposed in the first and second gaps, and has a slot aligned with the first aperture and communicating with both a periphery and a pin mount of the arm. Rotatably mounted in the pin mount is a pin with a threaded aperture aligned with the slot. An adjustment screw passes through the first aperture and the slot and engages the threaded aperture. The screw head has a distal bearing surface restrained by the first side section.

CRIMPING PLIERS, AND TOOTHED WHEEL HAVING TEETH
Crimping pliers are configured to crimp cable lugs onto electrical conductors. The crimping pliers includes first and second crimping jaws pivotally connected together, a first crimping matrix mounted for rotation on the first crimping jaw, a second crimping matrix mounted for rotation on the second crimping jaw, each crimping jaw having a plurality of different first crimping dies formed therein, and interlocks provided on the crimping jaws. The interlocks are configured to lock one of the crimping dies on each crimping jaw into a working position.
