A pliers, configured to assemble an end cap to a vehicle cable, an end cap set including a plurality of end caps connected with one another, the pliers including: a main body and a connecting mechanism. The main body includes a first handling portion, a second handling portion and a receiving portion. The first handling portion is pivotally connected with the second handling portion. The first handling portion is movable relative to the second handling portion between a first position and a second position, and the receiving portion has a receiving space configured to receive the end cap set. The connecting mechanism is connected with the first handling portion and includes a cutting portion, a pressing portion and a feeding member. The cutting portion and the pressing portion correspond to the receiving space, and the feeding member is configured to move the end cap set.

A pliers switchable for use with external snap-rings and internal snap-rings is disclosed. A jaw assembly with easily changeable tips is provided, and to be more convenient for the end-user, a spring loaded tip release mechanism and jaw assembly is provided.

According to one example, a spark plug gapping tool includes a first side handle, a second side handle, a middle handle, and a pusher that are made of a non-metallic material. The middle handle is positioned in-between the first side handle and the second side handle, and has a stopper surface and an insert slot that can receive a feeler gauge insert. The pusher is rotatably positioned in-between the first side handle and the second side handle, and has a hollow housing that can receive a terminal end of a spark plug. In operation, a distal end of the middle handle and distal ends of the side handles can move closer together, when a proximal end of the middle handle and proximal ends of the side handles are moved closer together by a user's hand, so as to gap the spark plug.

According to one example, a spark plug gapping tool includes a first side handle, a second side handle, a middle handle, and a pusher that are made of a non-metallic material. The middle handle is positioned in-between the first side handle and the second side handle, and has a stopper surface and an insert slot that can receive a feeler gauge insert. Pliers are provided with selectable mechanical advantages so that a user may select the mechanical advantage desirable for a particular application.
