Crimping Tool
The invention relates to pressing or crimping pliers (1). According to the invention a spring device (35) (which is e.g. embodied as U-shaped leaf spring (36)) is used in the crimping pliers. In an equilibrium position (48) the leaf spring (36) is trapped between stops (49, 50). If the pressing or crimping pliers (1) are moved from the equilibrium position (48) in closing direction the leaf spring (36) is biased by a follower (54) such that the leaf spring (36) generates an opening force. In reversed direction the opening movement of the pressing or crimping pliers (1) from the equilibrium position (48) leads to a bias of the leaf spring (36) by a follower (55) such that the leaf spring is able to generate a closing force. According to the invention it is possible to provide that the pressing or crimping pliers (1) automatically and elastically open when reaching the closed position. Furthermore, a workpiece inserted into the pressing or crimping pliers (1) is clamped by a closing force and secured in this way.
Crimping pliers, and toothed wheel having teeth
The disclosure relates to crimping pliers configured to crimp cable lugs onto electrical conductors. The crimping pliers includes two crimping jaws which can be swiveled towards one another. In each crimping jaw, a crimping matrix configured with a plurality of different crimping dies over a circumference is rotatably mounted with respect to an axis of rotation. The crimping matrices are permanently coupled to each other via the gearing independently of a swivel position of the crimping jaws.

METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A PLIERS ACTUATION ASSEMBLY GROUP, PLIERS ACTUATION ASSEMBLY GROUP AND PLIERS
The invention relates to a pliers actuation assembly (1), pliers and a method of assembling a pliers actuation assembly (1). According to the invention, a locking pawl (85) has protrusions (89), a spring (86) has protrusions (92) and/or pulling bars (16, 17) have protrusions (14, 15) which are received in accommodations (90, 93, 12, 13) of hand lever plates (64, 65, 66, 67) in a joining direction vertical to the pivoting plane of hand levers (2, 3). The inventive design facilitates assembly of the pliers actuation assembly (1), while also enabling an at least partially automated assembly.
PLIERS ACTUATION ASSEMBLY GROUP, PLIERS AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING
The invention relates to a pliers actuation assembly group (1), pliers and a method of assembling pliers.
A maximum opening angle of the hand levers (2, 3) of the pliers actuation assembly group (1) is defined by a stop part (72), which extends through a hand lever plate (66) and which is accommodated in an elongated hole (69). When the maximum opening angle is reached, the stop part (72) comes to rest against a stop (70) formed by the end portion of the elongated hole (69). The stop part (72) is secured against disassembly by a support of a shoulder (75) of the stop part (72) in one direction on a hand lever plate (66) and of a support surface (77) on another hand lever plate (65), so that the stop part (72) is trapped between these hand lever plates (66, 65).
CRIMPING PLIERS AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING CRIMPING PLIERS
The invention relates to crimping pliers and a method of assembling crimping pliers. According to the invention, a coupling of a crimping pliers head (32) to a crimping pliers actuation assembly group (1) is provided by coupling recesses (45, 46) and coupling elements (22, 23) arranged in the coupling recesses (45, 46). A re-exit of the coupling elements (22, 23) from the coupling recesses (45, 46) is prevented by a spring device which is effective between the die halves (35, 37) for biasing the movable die half (37) in opening direction.
Locking terminal clamp cable assembly
A locking terminal clamp cable assembly including a pair of locking pliers, an adapter screw threaded into the locking pliers and including a threaded bore, an adjuster screw threaded into the threaded bore and configured to adjust the locking pliers, a cable lug having a ring portion positioned between the adapter screw and a jam nut, and a cable connected to the cable lug.

Hand Operated Gripping Tools
A hand operated gripping tool has a first handle (301), a first jaw (201) connected with the first handle, a second handle (302) pivotably connected with the first handle to permit relative pivoting movement of the second handle with respect to the first handle and a second jaw (202) connected with the second handle. One of the first jaw and second jaw is a removable jaw and the removable jaw is push-fit attachable to the respective handle.
