HYBRID-HYDROGELS COMPRISING DECELLULARIZED EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX
The present invention relates in part to hybrid hydrogel scaffolds including a decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM) tissue, and a synthetic polymer. The dECM may include any suitable tissue including for example, lung tissue, heart tissue, heart-lung block tissue, skin tissue, liver tissue, pancreatic tissue, kidney tissue, and the like.
LAMINATED TISSUE GRAFT PRODUCT
A tissue graft product comprising two or more layers of material wherein each layer comprises extracellular matrix (ECM) or polymeric material and wherein the layers are laminated together by interlocking portions of one layer with portions of another layer.

Joint bioscaffolds
Provided herein are compositions and medical devices, and in particular, biodegradable scaffolds capable of repairing and replacing cartilagenous meniscuses. Also provided herein are methods of using scaffolds for treating degenerative tissue disorders. In certain embodiments, such scaffolds can promote tissue regeneration of a temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) meniscus.

HYBRID CERAMIC PROSTHESIS
Proposed is a hybrid ceramic prosthesis. Since the prosthesis is made of a novel hybrid ceramic material, the prothesis has a similar color and transmittance to natural teeth, minimizes tooth removal during preparation for placement of the prothesis, is securely attached to the target tooth by snap-fit fastening to prevent detachment of the prothesis and re-treatment caused by the prothesis detachment, and can be more conveniently applied to the patient than conventional prostheses, enabling an one-day-one-stop dental procedure, thereby reducing burden to patients. The prothesis is useful as a primary crown.

LAMINATED TISSUE GRAFT PRODUCT
A tissue graft comprising two or more layers of material wherein each layer comprises extracellular matrix (ECM) or polymeric material and wherein the layers are laminated together by interlocking portions of one layer with portions of another layer. In one embodiment, a tissue graft comprises a first layer of material having multiple lugs and a second layer of material having multiple holes, each lug of the first layer being located through a hole in the second layer, the holes and the lugs having dimensions so that the lugs engage with a surface of the second layer and interlock the first layer with the second layer. In further embodiments, a method of preparing a tissue graft by laminating and interlocking two or more layers, the use of a tissue graft for replacing or repairing tissue in a human or animal, and an apparatus comprising a mould, a lug cutting means, a piercing means and a means for pushing lugs through piercings in layers of a tissue graft.

Additive manufacturing of embedded materials
In one aspect, a method includes providing support material within which the structure is fabricated, depositing, into the support material, structure material to form the fabricated structure, and removing the support material to release the fabricated structure from the support material. The provided support material is stationary at an applied stress level below a threshold stress level and flows at an applied stress level at or above the threshold stress level during fabrication of the structure. The provided support material is configured to mechanically support at least a portion of the structure and to prevent deformation of the structure during the fabrication of the structure. The deposited structure material is suspended in the support material at a location where the structure material is deposited. The structure material comprises a fluid that transitions to a solid or semi-solid state after deposition of the structure material.
