Cargo floor brace tool
A brace tool comprises a rigid frame, a platform mounted on the frame for adjustable positioning of the platform relative to the frame, and a plurality of suction cups. The plurality of suction cups can be removably attached to a flat surface that is adjacent to an inclined surface 12 above which work is to be performed. The platform can be adjustably positioned relative to the frame 22, and then secured in its adjusted position. The platform can then be used as a brace that can be engaged by the person on the inclined surface that is performing the overhead work and prevent the person from sliding down the inclined surface.
VACUUM GRIPPER
A vacuum gripper comprises a rigid base element and a loop-shaped vacuum seal element. The base element has first and second opposite sides. The seal element is attached at least indirectly to the second side and protruding therefrom in a direction away from the first side. The seal element comprises a contact surface that at least partially contacts with an object surface and an encircling surface oriented transversely to the contact surface so as to define a chamber. The seal element is elastically deformable at the contact surface to enable conforming to the object surface when pressed thereagainst. The vacuum gripper comprises an air extraction means mounted to the first side to be in fluid communication with the chamber through the base element, and configured to continuously extract air from the chamber to cause the contact surface to be urged towards and grip the object surface when pressed thereagainst.
Leak detection device
The invention relates to a leak detection device comprising: a portable leak detection bell-like member comprising a sealing joint and configured to define a detection chamber between the main body and the test zone, the detection bell-like member further comprising a carrying handle which is provided with a control member which can be manually activated to produce a control signal, a gas suction circuit which is intended to connect the detection chamber to a vacuum pump, the gas suction circuit being provided with a controlled valve which can be switched into an open state to connect the detection chamber to the vacuum pump and a closed state to isolate the detection chamber from the vacuum pump, and a control unit which is configured to switch the controlled valve in response to the control signal.
Windscreen Installation Apparatus and Method
Apparatus for use in handling windscreens for example for installation in a vehicle, includes a windscreen anchor assembly comprising a windscreen anchor device and a support arm extending away from the windscreen anchor device. A mount assembly is provided for supporting the windscreen anchor assembly. The mount assembly includes a mount structure for engaging with the support arm such that the support arm can slide bodily in its longitudinal direction with respect to the mount structure.
LIGHT BULB REMOVING AND INSTALLING ASSEMBLIES
Light bulb removing and installing assemblies are provided that can be easily configured for use with light bulbs different sizes and/or shapes. The assembly can include at least two different types of bulb holding devices that are removably connected to one another in a nested manner. The assembly can include bulb holding devices of different sizes that have an open bottom, which is removably connectable to a common base. The assembly can include a resilient finger holder and a common base, where the common base includes a number of upstanding, radially directed flexible members.
Drawing device
A drawing device includes a main body, a seat body, a central axle, two supporting members and a driving structure. The seat body is rotatably connected to the main body and has two legs which have a preset distance therebetween, the central axle vertically penetrates the main body and the seat body and movable along a vertical direction, the main body and the seat body are rotatable about the central axle relative to each other, a bottom portion of the central axle penetrates the seat body for a sucking disc to be arranged thereon, the two supporting members are respectively swingably pivoted to the two legs of the seat body, and the central axle is located between the two supporting members, and the driving structure is attached to the main body and connected to the central axle to optionally move the central axle upward.
WHEEL CENTER CAP REMOVAL TOOL
A tool for removing a center cap of a wheel includes a cylinder having a first end and a second end, a piston movable axially between a first position and second position within the cylinder, a handle attached to the piston and extending from the second end of the cylinder for pulling the piston from the first position to the second position, and an adhesive ring on the first end of the cylinder for creating a seal between the first end of the cylinder and the center cap. Movement of the piston from the first position to the second position creates suction when the adhesive ring is in contact with the center cap to remove the center cap without damaging it.
SEGMENTED VACUUM GRIPPER SEALING ELEMENT
A segmented sealing element for use with a vacuum gripper improves performance when gripping surfaces with irregular topologies or extensive porosity. A contact surface of the segmented sealing element incorporates a degree of granularity by conforming to a segmentation pattern which divides the sealing element into a plurality of compressible segments. The individual compressible segments conform to one or more irregular physical features of an object surface when the contact surface is pressed thereagainst during vacuum gripper operation.
DEVICE FOR REPAIRING CRACK IN WALL
A device for repairing a crack in a wall includes an injection nozzle that has a nozzle part, and an adsorption disk fixed to a supporting shaft in which a suction passage for sucking air is formed and can be adsorbed to a wall surface by sucking air through the suction passage, and can be detached from the wall surface by releasing the suction, an arm having a front end part and a rear end part in the axial direction, and is supported by the supporting shaft in the midpoint of the axial direction through the first universal joint and supports an inflow pipe of the injection nozzle in the front end part through a second universal joint, and a plurality of contact members attached to the rear end part of the arm, the front end thereof contacting the wall surface, and receives the moment load generated in the arm.
Suction device
A suction device includes a valve, a piezoelectric pump, and a housing. The valve includes a valve casing and a diaphragm. A first ventilation hole, a second ventilation hole, and a third ventilation hole are formed in the valve casing. The diaphragm is fixed to the valve casing and forms a flow path in the valve casing. The second ventilation hole is opened under atmospheric pressure. The piezoelectric pump has a suction hole and a discharge hole. The discharge hole is in communication with the first ventilation hole. The housing has a cavity. A suction pad is attached to the cavity. The housing forms an enclosed space together with the valve and the piezoelectric pump. The enclosed space is a space that is in communication with the cavity, the suction hole, and the third ventilation hole.
