QUICK RELEASE STRUCTURE OF T-SHAPED RATCHET WRENCH
A quick release structure of a T-shaped ratchet wrench, and the ratchet wrench being comprised of a transverse force applying handle and a longitudinal acting handle, and a ratchet steering and a driving mechanism being installed at a junction of the two handles and provided for controlling a force applying direction, wherein a substantially polygonal plug end of the acting handle has a quick release structure comprising a sliding sleeve, an elastic member, a buckle, a top shaft and a latching bead, so that the sliding sleeve may be displaced to prop out the latching bead or sink the latching bead to achieve the effect of plugging an external connected assembling member securely or releasing the external connected assembling member quickly.
PAWL CONTROL DEVICE FOR RATCHET WRENCH
A ratchet wrench includes a handle and a head through which a hole is defined. A recess is defined in the inner periphery of the hole. A driving member is rotatably received in the hole. A pawl and a positioning member are respectively located in two respective ends of the recess. A spring is connected between the pawl and the positioning member. The pawl has a slot defined in a lateral side thereof so as to be connected to one end of the spring. The positioning member is a resilient member and has an engaging portion and a curved portion. An opening is defined between the engaging portion and the curved portion. The other end of the spring is engaged with the opening. The spring linearly biased between the pawl and the positioning member to engage the pawl with the driving member.
TORQUE TOOL SYSTEM
By way of non-limiting example, the present approaches use a combination of at least a load cell sensor and a strain gauge sensor to provide near real time and real time data to a microprocessor for evaluation of the torque applied to a work piece. The microprocessor is further configured to communicate data obtained from the at least two sensors to a remote data monitoring, storage or analysis platform. In one or more implementations, the data obtained by the microprocessor from the at least two sensors include the ability to track if any adjustments are erroneously made to the torque application tool itself or if the torque application tool is configured to send an incorrect signal that corresponds to the amount of torque applied to a workpiece.
Driver Tool
A driver tool has a grip handle. The grip handle has a grip handle height less than a grip handle width. A first axis base is mounted to the grip handle. The first axis base includes a first saddle flange and a second saddle flange. A pair of primary link pins are mounted to the first saddle flange and the second saddle flange defining a first axis of rotation. A coupler link is mounted on the first axis of rotation to rotate on the first axis of rotation relative to the first axis base. A pair of secondary link pins mounted to the coupler link. The pair of secondary link pins define a second axis of rotation that is perpendicular to the first axis of rotation. A driving link is mounted to the second axis of rotation. The driving link includes a driving socket.
Ratchet wrench with a locking release assembly
A socket release assembly for a ratchet drive or ratchet wrench that includes a ratchet gear housing, a ratchet head connected to the ratchet gear housing, a push button disposed within the ratchet gear housing and the ratchet head with a portion extending through an opening in the ratchet gear housing, a channel lock disposed within the ratchet gear housing above the ratchet head, a ball lock disposed within the ratchet head and in mating contact with the push button, a ball bearing disposed within the ratchet head between the ball lock and a ball bearing opening in the ratchet head, a release pin within the ball lock and in mating contact with the channel lock where sliding of the release pin causes the channel lock to be slidably positioned allowing the push button to be depressed into ratchet gear housing.
Pushing Lever Structure of Ratchet Wrench
A pushing lever structure of a ratchet wrench is provided. The ratchet wrench has a head portion. A ratchet gear, a toothed element, and a pushing lever are mounted in a receiving space of the head portion. A rear peripheral surface portion of the toothed element is provided with a recess. A pushing block extending forward from the pushing lever extends into the recess of the toothed element. When rotated, the pushing lever can move the toothed element effectively because it is the pushing block of the pushing lever that drives the toothed element into displacement. The bottom side of the head portion is mounted with a cover plate, and the bottom end of the pushing lever is pivotally provided on the cover plate to enhance the rotation stability of the pushing lever.
Tool with Pivoting Portion and Locking Mechanism
A tool with a pivoting head is shown. The tool includes a locking mechanism that allows the angular position of the head to be locked securely in place once selected by a user. The locking mechanism may be used with a variety of tools, such as ratchet wrenches, that allow for repositioning of the head relative to the handle of the tool.
Ratchet wrench
A ratchet wrench is provided, including: a main body and a handling assembly. The main body includes a head portion being assembled with a ratchet head and a handling portion remote from the head portion. The handling assembly includes a casing coveringly disposed on the handling portion, and the casing defines a receiving space which is configured to receive at least one object and has at least one opening disposed therethrough. Part of an outer surface of the handling portion is flush with or protrusive beyond the at least one opening, and a material of the handling portion is different from a material of the casing.
Rotation Wrench
A wrench includes a main body, a mounting member, a push rod, two push blocks, a first elastic member, a handle, and a drive mechanism. The main body has a support arm, two pivoting portions, a rotation passage, a first receiving hole, a first receiving slot, two second receiving slots, a second receiving hole, and a shank. The push rod has a positioning element. Each of the push blocks has a first received portion, a second received portion, a third mounting portion, a first locking section, a second locking section, a first locking groove, and a second locking groove. The drive mechanism has a driving head, a control rod, and a second elastic member. The driving head has two fitting portions, a third receiving hole, multiple first positioning portions, and an operation end. The control rod has a second positioning portion and a stepped portion.
Extendable and retractable wrench
A wrench includes a tool head, an outer tube unit, a rod unit and a sleeve unit. The outer tube unit includes an outer tube, a tail seat and a biasing member. The tail seat is detachably mounted to the outer tube. The rod unit includes an inner rod telescopically disposed in the outer tube and formed with a plurality of cavities. The biasing member biases the inner rod away from the tail seat. The sleeve unit is slidably sleeved on the outer tube and includes a positioning ball engageable with a selected one of the cavities to prevent the inner rod from moving relative to the outer tube and removable from the selected one of the cavities to allow the inner rod to move relative to the outer tube.
