An indexable wrench includes a first member, a second member and a pivotal member. The first member has a first pivotal lug. The second member has a second pivotal lug and a third pivotal lug. The second pivotal lug includes a first engaging portion and a limiting groove, and a limiting member is arranged in the limiting groove. The pivotal member is movably inserted through the first pivotal lug, the second pivotal lug and the third pivotal lug to movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The pivotal member includes a second engaging portion engageable with the first engaging portion, a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove engageable with the limiting member.

Disclosed herein is an adaptable wrench. In some embodiments, a fire hydrant wrench is disclosed, comprising an elongated bar, at least a first handle and a second handle extending from one side of the elongated bar, and a socket positioned on an opposed sides of the elongated bar, wherein the socket is offset from the first handle and second handle. In some embodiments, a gate valve wrench is disclosed, comprising a socket positioned on an end of the gate valve wrench, the socket configured to mate with a gate valve boss, an extendable section mated to the socket, and a handle operatively coupled to the extendable section, the handle configured to be interchangeable between a first handle type and a second handle type. A method is disclosed for interchanging handles in an adaptable wrench.

An attachment part for tightening joints includes an elongate housing including an upper housing part and a lower housing part, an input gear wheel for connection to an output shaft of a power wrench, arranged at a first end of the housing, an output gear wheel for connection to a joint to be tightened, arranged at a second end of the housing, and at least one intermediate gear wheel arranged inside the housing to transmit rotation of the input gear wheel to the output gear wheel, wherein each gear wheel has outer slanted teeth that connect the gear wheels and transmit said rotation there between.

A power tool attachment part for a power tool includes an elongated housing including an upper housing part and a lower housing part interconnected with the upper housing part. An input gear wheel for connection to an output shaft of the power tool is arranged at a first end of the housing. An output gear wheel with an output connection is arranged at a second end of the housing. At least one intermediate gear wheel is arranged inside the housing to transmit rotation of the input gear wheel to the output gear wheel. A magnet is arranged in the elongated housing, wherein the magnet is arranged to collect ferromagnetic particles.

A reciprocating wrench for quick combining fastener includes a main body, a claw, and an elastic positioning device therebetween. The main body includes a concavely-shaped first jaw opening, which has a pivot end at an end thereof. The claw includes a concavely-shaped second jaw opening, which has a pivotal combination portion at an end thereof. The pivotal combination portion is pivotally connected with the pivot end, such that the claw and the main body pivotally move with respect to each other. The elastic positioning device allows the claw to optionally rotate toward a closing direction or remain in the opening status. Therefore, the claw is able to remain in the opening status for combining the fastener.

A hand tool for driving a fastener is provided. The hand tool includes gearing that interconnects a splined socket to a rotatable or trigger actuator and increases a rotational speed of the splined socket relative to the actuator. The hand tool may include a power tool receiver 38 or an independent motor to drive rotation of the splined socket to advance or retract a fastener from a threaded shaft. By increasing the speed and conserving rotational inertia, the hand tool reduces the time to secure a fastener on a threaded shaft. A rotatable nut is provided. The rotatable nut can slideably orient along a first axis and threadedly orient along a second axis to fasten to an adjacent surface.

An attachment part for a power tool includes an elongated housing including an upper housing part, a lower housing part and an interconnection structure that interconnects the upper and lower housing parts. An input gear for connection to an output shaft of a power tool is arranged at a first end of the housing. An output gear with an output interface is arranged at a second end of the housing. The interconnecting structure includes a sleeve member extending through a first central bore at the first end of the upper housing part, which sleeve member receives the input gear, and a fixation member extending through a second central bore at the first end of the lower housing part and which is arranged to be secured to the sleeve member to clamp the upper and lower housing parts. A hydraulic torque wrench is disclosed and includes a nut engaging portion with ratchet teeth on an external surface thereof. There is also a support member which can rotate relative to whilst retaining the nut engaging portion. A ratchet mechanism cooperates with the ratchet teeth to apply a rotational force to the nut engaging portion as a result of the pushing force from a hydraulic ram. Side plate cover a junction between the nut engaging portion and the support member with the side plates having a noncircular aperture through which a nut and bolt can extend when the wrench is in use.

A tool extension adapted to couple to a drive lug of a driver and a tool that allows the tool to reach hard to reach places without room for a coupling. The tool extension voids the need for a larger diameter coupling by including a female recess in an end of the tool extension that receives the bit into the shaft itself.

A wrench head comprises a working axis, a first jaw, a second jaw, and a third jaw. The first jaw comprises first-jaw arcuate convex contact surfaces. The second jaw, is coupled with and pivotable relative to the first jaw, and comprises second-jaw arcuate convex contact surfaces.
