Telescopic socket
A telescopic socket includes an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, and a jointing ring. The outer sleeve includes at least one abutting ball, plural first concave portions, and plural first protruding portions. The inner sleeve is sleeved by and slidably connected to the outer sleeve and includes at least two engaging holes, plural second concave portions, and plural second protruding portions. The second protruding portions are slidably connected to the first concave portions respectively, and the first protruding portions are slidably connected to the second concave portions respectively. The jointing ring is movably connected to the outer sleeve and includes an abutting part and an accommodating part, and the abutting part optionally abuts against the abutting ball. By controlling the jointing ring, the inner sleeve can be slid or positioned relative to the outer sleeve, and the length of the telescopic socket can be changed.
Multi-size wrench and a shifting device applied thereto
A shifting device includes a sleeve module and a shifting member movably disposed in the sleeve module. The sleeve module has a through hole. The through hole is divided into a first hole region, a buffering region, and a second hole region. The shifting member includes a third operating section and a fourth operating section. The shifting member is movable between a first position and a second position. The fourth operating section of the shifting member is situated in the buffering region when the shifting member assumes the first position, and the second hole region and the third working hole are adapted to turn a fastening member. The third operating section of the shifting member is situated in the buffering region when the shifting member assumes the second position, and the first hole region and the fourth working hole are adapted to turn the fastening member.
TWISTING INSTRUMENT
A twisting instrument for a screw-in component with a tool recess comprises a drive shaft, a neck, and a working part. The working part has—as a spherical head having a plurality of teeth—a spherical enveloping surface that is contacted at least both by the free end and by sections of the tooth heads of the teeth of the working part. The neck or the drive shaft has a predetermined breaking zone. The working part engages in the tool recess of the screw-in part in an overload-proof and reliable manner.
DRILL ATTACHMENT
Disclosed is a drill attachment device comprising a transfer gear configured to rotate about an axis perpendicular to the axis of a drill used to power the transfer gear. The transfer gear may comprise an open-ended slot which provides a passageway through which a threaded rod may pass. The open-ended slot may further be configured to retain a mechanical nut, enabling a user to run a threaded rod through the open-ended slot for driving the nut along the rod. The transfer gear may also support an external driver, and the drill attachment device may comprise guide slots configured to position the rod and/or nut against the external driver for driving a nut up or down rod.
Tool with multi-component rings for rotating an object
A tool for rotating an object includes an assembly comprising an inner ring and an outer ring wherein each of the rings include multiple components which can be moved relative to one another between a first condition which accommodates the positioning of the assembly about the object to be rotated and a second condition at which the multiple components of each of the rings form the annular shape of the inner or outer ring to which the multiple components correspond. When the rings are arranged in the second condition, the inner ring is capable of rotating relative to and within a radial plane of the outer ring. In addition, a gear arrangement is connected to the assembly for transferring rotational forces applied from a power tool to the inner ring so that rotation of the inner ring relative to the outer ring effects the rotation of the object desired to be rotated.
ANGLE VALVE WRENCH
An angle valve wrench configured for use in rotating an angle valve, the angle valve wrench having a body with a first end and a second end, defining a length L1. The body also has an outside surface and a central axis that is parallel to the length L1 and that passes through the first and second ends. A notch is formed at the first end that corresponds to an angle valve handle. A gripping element is formed on the outside surface of the wrench near the second end. A user places the notch of the wrench over a conventional angle valve from a standing position and rotates the wrench about the central axis, causing the angle valve handle to rotate.
Pipe Wrench
A wrench includes a body having a head and a handle portion defining a longitudinal axis. The wrench includes a first jaw coupled to the head with the first jaw including first teeth and an edge. The edge defines a width of the first jaw. The wrench includes a second jaw extending through an aperture of the head with the second jaw including a threaded portion and second teeth. The wrench includes an actuator coupled to the threaded portion of the second jaw such that rotation of the actuator relative to the second jaw moves the second teeth relative to the first teeth. A length is measured from the edge of the first jaw to the second end of the handle portion parallel to the longitudinal axis. A ratio of the width of the first jaw over the length is less than 0.06.
FLUID CONTAINER DIFFUSER TOOL AND METHOD
A tool adapted for use with a diffuser cartridge and a fluid container, wherein the tool is adapted to facilitate insertion and removal of the diffuser cartridge to and from the fluid container. The tool includes segments that can be separated for shipping or storage and assembled into a tool for removing and inserting a diffuser cartridge. The segments of the tool interlock using a complementary tongue and groove structures. The bottom element that engages the diffuser includes a tongue that engages a middle element having a groove. The middle element also has a tongue that engages a top element having a groove.
POWER TOOL ATTACHMENT PART
An attachment part for tightening joints includes an elongate housing including an upper housing part and a lower housing part, an input gear wheel for connection to an output shaft of a power wrench, arranged at a first end of the housing, an output gear wheel for connection to a joint to be tightened, arranged at a second end of the housing, and at least one intermediate gear wheel arranged inside the housing to transmit rotation of the input gear wheel to the output gear wheel, wherein each gear wheel has outer slanted teeth that connect the gear wheels and transmit said rotation there between.
WRENCH
A wrench includes a main rod, a rotating rod and a head portion. One end of the rotating rod is fixed to the main rod. The head portion includes an accommodating element, a sleeve mount, a driven gear and a driving gear. The accommodating element has a side opening. A periphery of the side opening extends outward to form an engaging portion. The main rod is rotatably mounted through the engaging portion. The sleeve mount is rotatably mounted in the accommodating element. The driven gear is fixed to the sleeve mount and is located in the accommodating element. The driving gear is fixed to the rotating rod and engaged with the driven gear. The sleeve mount is driven to tighten or loosen a nut by rotating the main rod to reduce an operating space for the wrench.
