The reversible wrench tool includes a screwdriver head that is a head selected from the group consisting of a Phillips screwdriver head, a flat screwdriver head, a T-25 screwdriver head or a T-27 screwdriver head. The reversible wrench tool is made with alloy steel with chromium and vanadium.
SCREWDRIVERS WITH TRANSFORMABLE DRIVE TIPS
Screwdrivers with transformable drive tips (and associated systems, devices, and methods) are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a screwdriver includes a shaft assembly having a proximal end region and a distal end region opposite the proximal end region. The screwdriver further includes a handle at the proximal end region of the shaft assembly, and a drive tip at the distal end region of the shaft assembly. The drive tip is transformable between (i) a first configuration corresponding to a first drive tip type and (ii) a second configuration corresponding to a second drive tip type different from the first drive tip type. The screwdriver further includes a rotation mechanism configured to transition the drive tip between the first configuration and the second configuration. In some embodiments, the first drive tip type corresponds to a Phillips drive tip and/or the second drive tip type corresponds to a flathead drive tip.
Pounding, Prying, And Screwing Hand Tool And Method Of Use
A pounding, prying, and screwing hand tool for setting a screw and creating a dimple therearound includes a hammerhead, which is attached to a first end of a handle. A screw bit is attached to, or is selectively attachable to, a second end of the handle so that the screw bit extends axially from the handle. The handle can be grasped in a hand of a user, positioning the user to set a respective screw into a sheet of drywall using the screw bit and to selectively impart a dimple into the sheet of drywall by pounding the screw using a rounded face of the hammerhead.
Multi-grip socket bit
A screw bit body which allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a bracing surface, and an engagement cavity. The engagement cavity creates an additional gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the bracing surface. Additionally, the engagement cavity traverses into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base. The engagement cavity is specifically positioned offset from the first lateral edge by a first distance and positioned offset from the second lateral edge by a second distance.
Driver Shaft Support Assemblies, Setup Assemblies, and Cutting Assemblies
Driver support assemblies to work in concert with a setup assembly are provided. Setup assemblies to work in concert with a driver support assembly and a cutting assembly are provided. Cutting assemblies configured to work in concert with a driver support assembly are provided. Driver tip cutting assemblies are provided. Methods for cutting the tip of a driver shaft are provided.
Tool bit
A tool bit includes a hexagonal drive portion, a working end, and a shank interconnecting the drive portion and the working end. The shank includes an outer peripheral surface having a curvature in a plane including a central axis of the tool bit. The outer peripheral surface having the curvature includes a length in the direction of the central axis. A ratio of the length of the outer peripheral surface having the curvature to the length of the tool bit is between about 0.15:1 and about 0.35:1. The curvature is defined by a radius, and wherein a ratio of the radius of the curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the shank to the length of the tool bit is between about 0.08:1 and about 0.75:1.
Tool, screw and system for transmitting a drive torque
The present invention relates to a drive tool, a screw and a system for transmitting a drive torque. The drive tool can be guided in a receiving recess of a connecting partner, in particular in a receiving recess of the screw, and transmit the drive torque during a rotation about a central axis. The drive tool has radially outwardly projecting first projections which are wedgeshaped in cross-section and which are suitable for transmitting the drive torque to the connecting partner. The drive tool comprises a quasi-cylindrical section in which all of the surface lines in the region of the quasicylindrical section form an angle of less than 10 with the central axis, but the outer face is, at least in sections, of conical form such that the surface lines in the respective section are inclined by at least 1.5 with respect to the central axis.
Fastening arrangement for screening assembly
A fastening arrangement in the form of a pin and sleeve combination is provided for fixing one or more screening media modules on top of screen support panel structure. The fastening arrangement includes a pin capable of being screwed into a sleeve, the pin being provided with engagement elements capable of connecting with complementary projections on a handling tool for facilitation of installing and dismantling the fastening arrangement. A method for fastening the screening media module on to the screen support panel structure, and a screening equipment housing the same for separating solid materials according to size is also provided.
Torque transmission driver
A torque transmission driver is disclosed. The torque transmission driver has a main body having a first end portion and a second end portion, where the first end portion is adapted to receive and transmit torque from a torque generation source, and the second end portion is opposite the first end portion and has a key shape adapted to fit a recess in a fastener and has a protruding lead end having a taper between 10 and 30 and different in shape than the key shape with at least a portion of the protruding lead end substantially coextensive with the major dimension of the key shape. A torque transmission driver adapted to drive a small fasteners is also disclosed where the key shape is adapted to fit the recess of the small fastener.
