Filing And Fastener Driving Bit Assembly
20210187640 · 2021-06-24 ·

A filing and fastener driving bit assembly for deburring the end of a pipe includes a shaft that has a first end and a second end. A first section of the shaft that is positioned adjacent to the first end is hexagonally shaped. The first section is insertable into a chuck of a rotary tool to couple the shaft to the rotary tool. A second section of the shaft that is positioned between the first section and a second end of the shaft is textured. The second section is used to file an edge of a tubular substrate, such as Electrical Metallic Tubing, as the shaft is rotated by the rotary tool. A screwdriver tip that is coupled to the second end of the shaft is insertable into a complementary head of a fastener, positioning a user to utilize the rotary tool to drive the fastener.

Torque socket having torque value indication

A torque socket having torque value indication, includes: a main body, one side thereof axially disposed with an insertion part and another side thereof axially formed with an accommodation slot, wherein at least one guiding tenon and an indication ring are radially and axially disposed on an outer circumference of the accommodation slot respectively, an outer circumference of the indication ring is annularly provided with torque value marks; a torque adjusting assembly, including a spring and a shaft cylinder, wherein an outer circumference of shaft cylinder is radially formed with an arc-shaped guiding slot allowing the guiding tenon to be inserted, the shaft cylinder can axially compress the spring for adjusting a torque value; and an end cover ring, having an indication mark at an outer circumference thereof. Accordingly, the indication mark can be aimed at one of the torque value marks for displaying a locking torque value.

Tapered lobular driver and fastener

A torque transmission driver has a first end portion adapted to receive and transmit torque from a torque generation source, and a second end portion including a shaped tapered bit having drive surfaces with an alternating series of five or six lobes and troughs about a rotational axis, having a taper angle between 15 and 65° from the rotational axis operable to engage corresponding drive surfaces in a plurality of at least two size fasteners, the tapered drive surfaces of the bit comprising a first tapered portion operable to engage drive surfaces of a first sized fastener and a second tapered portion operable to engage drive surfaces of a second sized fastener, the drive surfaces of the second sized fastener being larger than the drive surfaces of the first sized fastener. The taper angle may be nominally 52° from the rotational axis.

Advanced holding apparatus

A screw bit body which allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a bracing surface, and an engagement cavity. The engagement cavity creates an additional gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the bracing surface. Additionally, the engagement cavity traverses into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base. The engagement cavity is specifically positioned offset from the first lateral edge by a first distance.

Screw driver system

A screw driver system includes a screw driving bit and a guide clamp. The screw driving bit includes a unitary body having a first end and a second end with a longitudinal axis defined therebetween and an outer surface having a cylindrical portion between the first and second ends. The screw driving bit includes a first circumferential groove and a second circumferential groove that are affixed in coaxially positioned arrangement about the longitudinal axis on the outer surface of the cylindrical portion each having a bottom surface. The bottom surface of the first circumferential groove defines a first outer diameter that is larger than a second outer diameter defined by the second circumferential groove. The guide clamp includes a jaw for holding the screw driving bit. When engaged with the first circumferential groove, the guide clamp prevents rotation of the screw driving bit. When engaged with the second circumferential groove, the guide clamp does not prevent rotation of the screw driving bit.

Screwdriver

A screwdriver comprises a handle including a butt and a shank extending from the handle and including a tip. The butt includes a first indicating element having a shape corresponding to the tip and a plurality of second indicating elements arranged around the first indicating element. Each of the second indicating elements has the shape.

Screw driver system

Provided are a screw driver system and a screw driving bit. The screw driving bit includes a body having a first end and a second end with a longitudinal axis defined therebetween and an outer surface between the first and second ends. The screw driving bit includes a first circumferential groove and a second circumferential groove that are affixed in coaxially positioned arrangement about the longitudinal axis on the outer surface of the body each having a bottom surface.

FASTENER DRIVER

A driver for non-magnetic gripping of a socketed fastener head. The driver includes a shank and two cantilever beams. Each cantilever beam has an end and a basal segment adjacent the shank opposite the end. The driver also includes a gap defined by the two cantilever beams in resting positions. The gap extends between the two cantilever beams from an open end toward the shank. The ends of the two cantilever beams are configured to bend into the gap from the resting positions.

Spherical anti-slip fastener remover

A screw bit body which allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener from a variety of angles. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a concave surface, a convex surface, and an engagement cavity. The convex surface is adjacent to the first base and the concave surface is adjacent to the second base to create a ball-like shape. The engagement cavity creates a gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the concave surface and the convex surface. Additionally, the engagement cavity traverses into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base.
