20240189971 · 2024-06-13 ·

The present disclosure provides a driving mechanism, which includes a driving shaft, a sleeve, a plurality of guiding members, an impact bulk and an output shaft. The sleeve is sleeved on the driving shaft and has a plurality of guiding grooves for accommodating the guiding members. The impact bulk is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve. Some guiding members are linearly immovable relative to the driving shaft; other guiding members are linearly immovable relative to the impact bulk. By means of the design of the guiding grooves, the torque input into the driving shaft is transferred into an impact torque applied on the output shaft.

An electric power tool includes a housing, a motor, a deceleration mechanism, a final output shaft, a vibration mechanism, a vibration switching member, a stop member, and an expansion prevention portion. The vibration mechanism provides a vibration in an axial direction to the final output shaft. The vibration switching member is accommodated in a slit axially disposed on a front end of a tubular portion and moved back and forth in the slit by an operation from outside to switch on and off actuation of the vibration mechanism. The stop member is installed on the front end of the tubular portion to cover the slit. The expansion prevention portion is disposed on the stop member and is brought in contact with an outer periphery of the front end of the tubular portion to prevent the front end of the tubular portion from expanding,

A screw driving machine includes a contact portion movable from a first position to a second position via a third position by abutting against a driven member to press against the driven member, a driving portion moving a driver bit when the contact portion reaches the third position to drive a screw into the driven member, a tightening portion causing the driver bit to rotate about an axis and tighten the screw after the screw is driven, a tightening depth switching portion switching a tightening depth of the screw by the tightening portion after the screw is driven, a driving depth regulating portion regulating a movement amount of the contact portion between the second position and the third position, and a driving depth switching portion switching whether to regulate the movement amount of the contact portion by the driving depth regulating portion.

IMPACT TOOLS AND CONTROL MODES

An impact power tool includes a brushless motor, a power switch, an output spindle, and an impact mechanism configured to selectively apply rotational impacts to the output spindle when a torque on the output spindle exceeds a torque threshold. A controller is configured to control power delivery to the motor to selectively cause the motor to operate in a first mode for installing a fastener or in a second mode for removing a fastener. In the first mode, the controller is configured to control the motor with a first conduction band value and a first advance angle value during a first time period until a first parameter is reached, and to control the motor with a second conduction band value and a second advance angle value, at least one of which is greater than the first conduction band value and the first advance angle value, after the first time period.
