TOOL HOLDER DEVICE
A tool holder device includes a receptacle having two conduits perpendicular to each other, a spindle and a shaft are rotatably engaged in the conduits of the receptacle and have bevel gears meshed with each other for allowing the shaft to be rotated relative to the receptacle by the spindle, a housing is secured to the receptacle, a flexible shank is secured to the spindle, a stem is secured to the flexible shank, a flexible sheath is engaged onto the flexible shank and is secured to the receptacle, and a control ferrule is secured to the flexible sheath, and the stem is rotatably received and engaged in the control ferrule. The flexible shank and the flexible sheath allow the tool holder device to be easily operated by the user in a tiny working space.
Torque stick for a rotary impact tool
A rotary impact tool including a motor having a motor shaft that produces a rotational output to drive a gear assembly and a drive assembly driven by the gear assembly. The drive assembly including a hammer coupled to the motor shaft and an anvil configured to receive an impact from the hammer. The rotary impact tool includes a torque stick coupled to the anvil and configured to limit the amount of deliverable torque to a workpiece in accordance with a torsional stiffness of the torque stick, a position sensor to detect angular displacement of the anvil, and a controller in electrical communication with the position sensor. The controller calculates torque delivered to the workpiece from the impact by multiplying the torsional stiffness of the torque stick and the signal from the position sensor, and control the motor based on the torque delivered to the workpiece.
Multiple entry angle adaptor with locator for fastener installation tool
An adaptor for a fastener driver assembly employs a bi-positionable angle guide assembly mounted to a head having an entry reference surface defining an opening for a fastener. The adaptor provides a proper location and entry angle for the fastener for implementing various structural connections. A pivotal angle guide has a pair of reference engagement edges functionally configured to engage either an upper horizontal member or a lower horizontal member. A locator having a location reference is mounted to the guide assembly. In one mode, the reference edges, together with the location reference, define a proper entry location and normal angle for connecting a horizontal member, which may be either an upper plate or a lower plate, to a rim board or other structural member. The selected adaptor position is achieved by securing the adaptor in one of two stable angular positions relative to the drive axis of the fastener driver assembly. In a second mode, the implemented entry angle is oblique to the horizontal member. The adaptor also includes at least one flush indicator to indicate that the proper flush position of a reference surface is achieved. The locator is removably mounted to the pivotal angle guide and mounts a variably positionable position detector with a measurement scale.
Tool to remove damaged bolt heads
A tool to remove square head drain plugs of the type found in diesel semi-truck rear differentials. The tool consists of two circular portions that are joined together. The first circular portion having a void to insert a square head drain plug and the second circular portion having a void to insert a inch ratchet drive. The tool is used by first inserting the square head drain plug into the first circular portion and, if needed, a hammer may be used to force the tool onto the square head drain plug. Then a ratchet wrench is inserted into the void in the second circular portion so that the ratchet wrench may be utilized to rotate the tool. The tool is made from high strength metal so as to overcome resistance presented by rounded edges that may be exist on drain plugs.
High Torque Tool Assembly And System For Loosening A Torque Resistant Threaded Fastener
A tool and system for loosening or removing a torque resistant threaded fastener assembly. The system can be used with a bench receiver or vehicle mounted receiver and can be used to loosen frozen threaded fastener assemblies. The orientation of the components enables a user to place sufficient torque on a frozen threaded fastener. In this way the system enables the user to remove or disassemble a corroded combination (e.g.) a corroded or rusted nut and bolt.
FASTENER INSTALLATION GUIDE
An installation guide for installing a screw at a predetermined angle relative to a reference plane is disclosed. The installation guide includes a housing configured for releasable connection to a bit. The housing includes a channel being sized and shaped to receive the bit therein for retaining the housing on the bit. The channel allows the bit to rotate relative to the housing. An indicator is supported by the housing and is configured for movement relative to the housing to indicate an angle of the housing relative to a reference plane.
T-torque wrench
A T-torque wrench contains: a body including a horizontal handle and a vertical extension. The vertical extension has a fitting connector formed on a bottom thereof and configured to fit with sockets of various sizes, and the vertical extension has a strain gauge arranged on one end thereof so as to detect operation torques of the T-torque wrench, the horizontal handle has a tire-pressure detection connector connected on one end thereof. The body includes a casing covered thereon and includes a digital processing unit electrically connected with the strain gauge of the vertical extension and the tire-pressure detection connector of the horizontal handle, the casing includes a display module arranged thereon and electrically connected with the digital processing unit, and the casing includes a control module arranged thereon between the display module and the horizontal handle, wherein the control module is electrically connected with the digital processing unit.
ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY TO BE CONNECTED WITH A HAND TOOL
An attachment assembly for being connected with a hand tool includes an active unit, a passive unit and a shaft. The active unit includes a first base and a first cover. A front wheel, a middle wheel and a rear wheel are rotatably received in a space between the first base and the first cover in sequence. The front, middle and rear wheels are engaged with each other. The passive unit includes a second base and a second cover. A first wheel and a second wheel are rotatably received in a space between the second base and the second cover. The first and second wheels are engaged with each other. The shaft pivotably connects the active unit and the passive unit which is pivotably connected to the active unit.
TOOL CONNECTOR
A tool connector is provided, including: a shaft, including a connection end configured to be connected to a driving tool; a slidable sleeve, slidably disposed around the shaft; a tubular member, disposed around the shaft, including an inner hole, an insertion opening communicated with the inner hole and a slanted slot communicated with the inner hole, the slanted slot extending inwardly toward the insertion opening; a locking mechanism, including an elastic mechanism and a locking mechanism, the elastic mechanism abutted between the slidable sleeve and the locking mechanism, the elastic mechanism normally urging the locking mechanism in a direction toward the slanted slot, the locking mechanism including a driven portion comovable with the slidable sleeve, and a locking portion received within the slanted slot and radially projectable into the inner hole.
