STEPLESS TELESCOPING MECHANISM AND STEPLESS TELESCOPIC SCREWDRIVER
The invention relates to a stepless telescoping mechanism and a stepless telescopic screwdriver. First, an accommodating cavity is formed in a connecting rod, a connecting handle is placed in the accommodating cavity in a matched manner to form the telescoping mechanism, and the overall length can be adjusted by placing the connecting handle in the accommodating cavity to different depths; second, self-locking bodies and a self-locking piece are arranged, the self-locking bodies are disposed between the self-locking piece and the connecting handle and provided with oblique abutting faces, and thus, the self-locking bodies can be withdrawn in one direction; and meanwhile, in the direction opposite to the withdrawing direction, the self-locking bodies are driven by a frictional force of the connecting handle to abut against a narrowed oblique abutting face so as to be automatically locked, and thus, a unidirectional locking force is provided.
Gripping handle for a surgical tool, and method and machine for producing such a gripping handle
The invention concerns a gripping handle (1) comprising: a main body (3), a receiving orifice (4) formed within the main body (3) for receiving a sliding removable working bit (2), a blocking lever (14) rotatably mounted on the main body (3) between: a blocking orientation in which it blocks the sliding of the working bit (2), a release orientation in which it enables the sliding of the working bit (2), an elastic pivot (15, 16) designed to bring, by itself, the blocking lever (14) back in the blocking orientation, the gripping handle (1) being characterized in that the main body (3), the blocking lever (14) and the elastic pivot (15, 16) are integral with each other. Surgical instrumentation.
HAIR CLIPPERS WITH FLEXING ELECTRICALLY ADJUSTABLE BLADES
A flex clipper provides a feature to help the cutting blade set float more effortlessly by adjusting automatically to the contours of a client's head to prevent getting stuck and causing cuts and irritation to the scalp. The hair clippers preferably also uses a self-contained motor-driven adjustment mechanism to adjust the relative position of the stationary and reciprocating blades of a common type of blade set. Two momentary switches operable by the thumb of the hand holding the clipper afford a barber total automatic adjustment with the clipper itself in an on or off condition.
Tool Housing and Method for Making the Same
A tool housing and method for making the same are disclosed. The tool housing can include upper and middle portions that are fully machined and coupled to one another. The tool housing can also include a lower housing that is partially machined, coupled to the remaining housing portions, and then fully machined. In doing so, the machining operation is eased and the portions of the housing are better aligned with one another.
UNIVERSAL BONE SCREW SCREWDRIVER
The instant invention is directed to a universal bone screw screwdriver and in particular to a universal screwdriver that permits the removal of screws from bone plates that are manufactured by different manufacturers having distinct characteristics. The universal bone screw screwdriver is adapted to removeably receive an elongated tool bit. The elongated tool bits correspond to the screw heads of different manufacturers and comprises a torque limiting and locking spring assembly to secure the elongated tool bit to the driver shaft and inhibit over-tightening of the bone screw into the bone or bone plate as the case may be.
Screwing tool for transmitting two set torques
The invention relates to a screwing tool for transmitting a set torque. Two torque-limiting arrangements (5, 7) are provided that are biased by the same spring element (9).
Insulated reversible screwdriver
A screwdriver device including a handle having an elongate channel extending partially therethrough of the handle and an axial blade member having a first distal end and a second distal end being configured and disposed for sliding through the elongate channel of the handle and a locking mechanism configured and disposed for releasably locking the axial blade member at a first operable position relative to the handle wherein the first distal end is exposed and the second distal end is disposed within the handle. The screwdriver device further includes a first tool head disposed on the first distal end of the blade member and an ejection mechanism configured and disposed within the handle to constantly urge the axial blade member out of the locking mechanism from the first operable position to a second inoperable position.
Slide Handle
The present disclosure provides a slide handle which has a first hole penetrating a top portion of a main body of the slide handle. A lever passes slidably through the first hole. A fixation mechanism includes at least one fixing groove which is formed on a surrounding surface of the lever and a second hole which penetrates the top portion of the main body. The central axes of the second hole and the first hole are skew lines. The second hole intersects the first hole partially, and a wall of the second hole is connected to a wall of the first hole. Furthermore, the fixation mechanism has a resilient member and a fixing member which are located in the second hole. The fixing member can partially protrude into the first hole. The fixing member can be pushed to move axially in the second hole to engage or disengage the fixing groove on the lever. Therefore, the position of the main body relative to the lever is adjustable, and both the volume of the main body and the manufacturing costs of the slide handle can be reduced.
INSULATED SCREWDRIVER
The present disclosure provides an insulated screwdriver. The insulated screwdriver includes: an insulator, a first metal sleeve, a second metal sleeve, an insulated sleeve, and a handle. The insulator has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The first metal sleeve is disposed on the first connecting portion of the insulator. The second metal sleeve is disposed on the second connecting portion of the insulator, and the second metal sleeve and the first metal sleeve are insulated. The insulated sleeve covers the insulator, the first metal sleeve, and the second metal sleeve. The handle has an accommodating hole for accommodating the insulated sleeve. According to the insulated screwdriver of the present invention, because the first metal sleeve and the second metal sleeve are insulated, there is no electric shock danger for a user, and safety in use of the insulated screwdriver of the present invention may be improved.
Universal bone screw screwdriver
The instant invention is directed to a universal bone screw screwdriver and in particular to a universal screwdriver that permits the removal of screws from bone plates that are manufactured by different manufacturers having distinct characteristics. The universal bone screw screwdriver is adapted to removably receive an elongated tool bit having a hollow center. The elongated tool bits correspond to the screw heads of different manufacturers and comprises a torque limiting and locking spring assembly to secure the elongated tool bit to the driver shaft and inhibit over-tightening of the bone screw into the bone or bone plate as the case may be.
