Screw holding and dispensing device
A screw holding and dispensing device includes a casing, a number of elastic members latched on an inner sidewall of the casing, and a pressing member received by the elastic member. Each elastic member carries a screw, to release a screw, an external force is applied on the pressing member, the pressing member is driven to move out of the top elastic member, the pressing member moves down and drives out the lowermost screw from the bottom elastic member, and the screw slides into a corresponding screw hole.
Fastener delivery system
A fastener delivery system includes an escapement mechanism configured to control dispensing of associated fasteners located in a column one associated fastener at a time and a rotate and present apparatus operable with the escapement mechanism. The apparatus is configured to rotate between a fastener receiving position and a fastener loading position. In the fastener receiving position the apparatus is adapted to receive each associated fastener released from the escapement mechanism, and in the fastener loading position the apparatus is configured to present each associated fastener to an associated fastener installation device. The escapement mechanism is adjustable in a height direction relative to the apparatus.
STAPLE ADVANCE DEVICE FOR STAPLER
A staple advance device includes a receptacle having a guide pathway formed by a low level surface, a high level surface, a tilted surface located between the low and the high level surfaces, and an inclined surface formed and located beside the low level surface and communicating with the low level surface, a barrel is slidably engaged in the receptacle, a guide plate is attached to the barrel for supporting the fasteners, an actuating lever is pivotally attached to the barrel with a pivot axle and includes a guide pin slidably engaged in the guide pathway of the receptacle, and a guide rod for feeding the fastener into the barrel selectively, a guide device includes a gate for engaging with the tilted surface and for forming an endless guide pathway for the receptacle selectively.
Tension fed fastener installation tool and related methods of use
An installation tool and related methods are provided. The tool can pull a strip of collated fasteners along a collated fastener path to a guide, where individual fasteners are sequentially separated from the strip and advanced into a workpiece. The tool can include a tension feeder located downstream of the guide. The tension feeder is configured to apply tension to the strip between the guide and a leading end of the strip. The tool can include a driveshaft configured to attach to a conventional drive tool chuck or a drive tool having hexagonal type drive components. The guide can be one piece and replaceable, with a guide body and a guide head. A strip slot can be defined in the same to align a fastener head with a backstop and facilitate entry of a fastener shank in a feed slot. Related methods of use are provided.
SCREWING DEVICE
A screwing device, which serves for screwing boards (2) onto underlying crossbeams (3) in such a way that the screws are screwed tilted in from the edges (5) of the boards (2). The screwing device includes a base (7) with an oblong foot (8) which in use stands on the upper side of the boards (2), two arms (9) extending tilted out from each their end of the foot (8), and two opposite screw drivers (10), which are mounted on each their arm (9) and each is arranged with means for conveying a disposable belt (34) of releasable screws (6) and for stepwise screwing in screws (6) from the belt (34). With the present invention, the components of a terrace can be screwed faster together than hitherto known, and at the same time the terrace obtains optimal strength.
FASTENER STRIP
A strip for holding fasteners includes a backer extending along a strip axis and having a first side and a second side, wherein the second side is opposite the first side. The strip includes fastener holders disposed along a length of the first side of the backer, where each of the fastener holders includes a first loop having a first hole and a second loop having a second hole configured to hold a fastener. The backer is configured to be fed through a magazine of a power tool such that fasteners held by the fastener holders may be driven into a workpiece by the power tool.
