TORQUE SOCKET HAVING TORQUE ADJUSTING FUNCTION
A torque socket having a torque adjusting function comprises: a shaft rod having two ends axially extended with an insertion tenon and a core shaft having a shaft hole and having the outer circumference thereof radially formed with a first friction surface; an adjustment member disposed in the shaft hole and having the outer circumference thereof formed with a top connection head and a connecting segment; and a shaft cylinder having two axial ends formed with a shaft slot and a sleeve slot, wherein the interior of the shaft slot is radially formed with a second friction surface being in contact with the first friction surface; when rotating the adjustment member, the outer dimension of the core shaft and the contact area of the first friction surface and the second friction surface can be altered for adjusting the torque.
Handheld screwing apparatus
A handheld screwing apparatus having a torque clutch provided to restrict a torque that is maximally able to be transmitted to an inserted tool. The handheld screwing apparatus includes at least one monitoring unit, which is set up to ascertain a characteristic rotational offset quantity that describes a rotational offset of the torque clutch.
Hand-held power tool
A hand-held power tool is provided which includes a clutch housing of a torque clutch, and a planetary gear, situated in a gear housing, for transmitting a torque which is generated by a drive motor to a drive shaft. The clutch housing cooperates with the planetary gear via a pressure plate. The pressure plate is displaced in the axial direction in order to disengage the torque clutch. The axial relative motion of the pressure plate causes an axial relative motion between a switching element and an associated optical sensor, via which the drive motor may be switched off.
Torque wrench
A torque wrench includes a tubular body. One end of the tubular body is connected to a driving head, and the other end has a grip. The tubular body includes a retaining unit, an elastic unit, a push rod, and an adjusting unit therein. One side of the retaining unit comprises a blind hole corresponding to the push rod for accommodation of an extension portion, and the other side is formed with a through hole for insertion of a thin rod portion, furthermore, the through hole has a diameter less than that of the blind hole, the retaining unit enables to bear the elastic unit. The retaining unit can be fixed at an end opening of the tubular body by a welding means or integrally formed with the tubular body, so as to achieve the effects of facilitating production assembly and reducing production cost.
Filter turning mechanism
A filter turning mechanism is attached to an engine in proximity to a filter (such as an oil filter), and may be used to install or remove a filter by turning the filter. The filter turning mechanism contacts a filter, and rotates the filter when the filter turning mechanism is rotated with a tool. One implementation of the filter turning mechanism includes an inner drive gear and a filter drive mechanism. The inner drive gear normally spins freely within the filter drive mechanism, but when pushed into the filter drive mechanism with a suitable tool such as a ratchet extension, the inner drive gear engages the filter drive mechanism, thereby causing rotation of the inner drive gear to rotate the filter drive mechanism as well, which in turn rotates the filter.
Universal bone screw screwdriver
The instant invention is directed to a universal bone screw screwdriver and in particular to a universal screwdriver that permits the removal of screws from bone plates that are manufactured by different manufacturers having distinct characteristics. The universal bone screw screwdriver comprises a handle that is adapted to removeably receive an elongated tool bit having a hollow center. The elongated tool bits correspond to the screw heads of different manufacturers. The universal bone screwdriver further comprises a torque limiting and locking spring to secure the elongated tool bit to the handle and inhibit over-tightening of the bone screw into the bone or bone plate as the case may be.
TORQUE LIMITING LOCKING CAP
A torque limiting driver system, including: a torque limiting driver including: a handle with a locking cap engagement protrusion; a shaft with a cam portion including a cam mating feature; and a locking cap including: a mating recess including a plurality of scallops along the outer edge of the mating recess and wherein the plurality of scallops are configured to interface with the first mating feature; a through-hole with through-hole mating feature configured to interface with the cam mating feature, wherein the locking cap is configured to engage the torque limiting driver to lock the rotation of the shaft with respect to the handle.
Torque wrench
A dual-beam torque wrench with a linear display and a linear locking member is provided. The torque wrench includes a head that couples to a socket to rotate a fastener or bolt. A housing of torque wrench extends from the head to form a handle. Within the housing forming the handle are two beams: a lever beam that transmits the force from the handle to the head and a deflecting beam that couples to the head and not the handle. The deflecting beam deflects away from the lever beam to indicate that a predetermined torque has been applied. A torque adjustment assembly moves the lever beam relative to the head to set the predetermined torque, and a pin follows the linear display to indicate to the user the set predetermined torque.
Vibration damping TBM TORQUE LIMITING CLUTCH
The present disclosure discloses a vibration damping TBM torque limiting clutch, including a driving end and a driven end which are axially sleeved. A fixed torque fastener is arranged between the driving end and the driven end; an inner spline hole of the driving end is axially sleeved to a motor hollow spline shaft; the tail part of the driven end is axially connected with a high-vibration damping rubber ring; and the rubber ring is wrapped outside of an inner spline hub; the rubber ring and the inner spline hub are fixed by a fastener; a reducer spline shaft is inserted into the inner spline hub after penetrating through the motor hollow spline shaft, and then is connected to the spline of the inner spline hub. The design mainly reduces the overload disengaged rate to an extremely large extent by means of shielding instantaneous torque pulses, and well resolve the defects in the existing technology.
Dislodgement Alert Structure of Torque Wrench
A dislodgement alert structure of a torque wrench includes a tube, a tool head, a supporting base, and a dislodgeable element. The tube has a front-rear, or longitudinal, direction and a lateral, or transverse, direction. The tool head has a front recessed portion and is pivotally provided in, and can be pivoted in the transverse direction of, the tube. The supporting base has a front end with a rear recessed portion and a rear end with an elastic element. The dislodgeable element has front and rear ends each having a width in the transverse direction and has a height in the longitudinal direction. The height has a smaller dimension than the widths to hinder the dislodgeable element from being turned between the recessed portions. The elastic element may have a relatively low elastic modulus to reduce the load, and facilitate adjustment of the elastic force, of the elastic element.
