Torque Tool
A torque tool includes a body having a first end and a second end. A driving device includes a connecting portion and a driving portion. The connecting portion includes a pivotal end and an abutting end. The pivotal end is pivotably connected to the first end of the body. A torque device is mounted in the body, includes at least two elastic coefficients different from each other, and is disposed to be connected to the abutting end of the connecting portion. The torque device provides at least two torque ranges corresponding to the at least two elastic coefficients. An adjusting device is movably mounted to the second end of the body. The adjusting device is movable relative to the body to adjust a pressing force against the torque device to thereby set a torque value.
TORQUE LIMITING DRIVE TOOLS
Presented herein are torque limiting drive tools for use with, for example, components of a medical device. A torque limiting drive tool in accordance with aspects presented herein comprises an elongate handle/body and a plurality of torque arms located at a distal end of the handle, where the plurality of torque arms define an opening configured to longitudinally (axially) receive a drive bit. The plurality of torque arms are each directly mechanically attached to the handle and are configured to exert a torque on the drive bit in direct response to rotation of the elongate body in each of a first direction of rotation and a second direction of rotation.
Torque socket tool
A torque socket tool is provided, including: a main body, a driving member, an engaging member, a torque adjustment assembly and a rotating member. The main body defines an axial direction and has a first restricting portion. The driving member is rotatably disposed on the main body about the axial direction. The engaging member is slidably disposed on the main body. The torque adjustment assembly includes a mandrel. The mandrel is disposed within the main body and rotatable about the axial direction. The rotating member is non-rotatably sleeved with the mandrel and has a second restricting portion.
Devices For Inserting And Expanding Spinal Implants
A driving instrument for adjusting a spinal implant includes an outer shaft having a distal end configured to actuate a proximal adjustment assembly of a spinal implant, and an inner shaft having a distal end configured to actuate a distal adjustment assembly of the spinal implant. The inner shaft is disposed within the outer shaft, with a proximal end of the inner shaft extending proximally from the outer shaft. The proximal end is configured to be rotated such that rotation of the inner shaft results in simultaneous rotation of the inner and outer shafts, with rotation of the outer shaft ceasing at a first value of resistance associated with the proximal adjustment assembly and rotation of the inner shaft ceasing at a second value of resistance associated with the distal adjustment assembly such that cessation of rotation of the inner shaft is independent from cessation of rotation of the outer shaft.

TORQUE SOCKET
A torque socket is provided. The torque socket includes a release mechanism that can be released when a torque thereof reaches a pre-determined value. The torque socket also includes a transmission module. The transmission module includes transmission members and a transmission shaft that are coupled with the release mechanism. The transmission members are cooperated with the release mechanism to determine the transmission shaft transfer torque or not to automatically release the torque,
TIGHTENING TOOL FOR TORQUE-LIMITED FITTINGS AND SYSTEMS INCLUDING THE TORQUE-LIMITED FITTINGS
A tool and methods of use is described. The tool tightens or loosens a fit of torque-limited fittings to respective ports of a fluid-handling device. The tool includes a torque application assembly disposed within a fitting receiving end of a tool body to receive a fitting. The tool body includes a slit between ends to receive a fitting tube. The torque application assembly includes an internal feature and a notch to align with the slit and receive the tube. In both a compressive direction of rotation under a threshold torque and an opposite, decompressive direction of rotation, the internal feature is configured for engagement with a resilient feature of the fitting such that rotation of the torque application assembly causes a fitting rotation. In a compressive direction of rotation at or above the threshold torque, rotation of the torque application assembly fails to cause a fitting rotation.
