Wear part removal system
A wear part removal system includes a first wedge assembly configured to engage with a first joint associated with a wear part; a second wedge assembly configured to engage with a second joint associated with the wear part; a ram component configured to cause the first wedge assembly to engage with the first joint associated with the wear part and to cause the second wedge assembly to engage with the second joint associated with the wear part; and a frame configured to hold the first wedge assembly, the second wedge assembly, and the ram component. A wedge assembly, of the first wedge assembly or the second wedge assembly, includes a wedge component configured to engage with a joint associated with the wear part and a wedge component saddle configured to hold the wedge component.
Tool for installing a bit on and/or deinstalling a bit from a bit holder system of a milling machine
The invention relates to a tool for installing a bit on and/or deinstalling a bit from a bit holder system of a milling machine, in particular a road milling machine, having at least one initiator with which installation and/or deinstallation of a bit is initiated. Provision is made that the tool comprises a detection device having at least one counting device; and that the detection device is designed to detect a number of bits deinstalled using the tool and/or a number of bits installed using the tool. The invention also relates to a corresponding bit holder system and to a method for monitoring wear. With the tool and the bit holder system, additional information regarding bit changes that have been carried out is made available to a user.
Repositionable tool die
Hydraulic crimp tools, working heads for hydraulic crimp tools and die sets for crimping wire connectors onto electrical conductor wires using such hydraulic crimp tools are provided. The die sets include identical dies that can be repositioned on the working head to mechanically secure wire connectors to an electrical conductor wire or a bundle of electrical conductor wires from different orientations.
VARIABLE FORCE PRESS TOOL SYSTEM
Pressing tools and jaws are described which include communication provisions that enable information concerning the jaws to be used with the press tool, to be transmitted to the tool. The press tool includes provisions that limit or otherwise tailor the output of the tool based on information concerning the jaws.
Hydraulic Power Tool
A working head for a hydraulic power tool including a head frame and a first moveable die head configured to move along the working head frame. The first moveable die head configured to receive a first moveable die comprising a first body length. A second die head is adapted to receive a second die comprising a second body length. The first body length of the moveable die is different from the second body length of the stationary die.
Working tool
A working tool has a working head and a body device. In an embodiment, an electric motor having a drive shaft with a longitudinal axis, and a transmission are connected to each other and are in the body device. In an embodiment, the working head is a hydraulic cylinder with a hydraulic piston that can be moved between extended and retracted positions in a direction of travel. A hydraulic medium pump and a drive for the hydraulic medium are provided in the body device. In an embodiment, the transmission is connected to the electric motor so as to be movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis in such a way that it is limited by a limit stop. In an embodiment, the hydraulic cylinder is attached to the body device so as to be movable in the direction of travel that it is limited by a limit stop.
Tool system for installation/removal of interference fit components
A tool system to install an interference fit component within a bore of a component, includes a guide bushing that at least partially fits within a bore of a component. A drive screw is of a length to extend through the guide bushing and the bore. A threaded insert is receivable at least partially within the bore, the threaded insert receivable at least partially within the interference fit component.
Dieless Utility Crimper
Embodiments of the invention provide a crimper for use in a tool. The crimper can include a clevis, a nest, and an indenter. The clevis can include a first leg having a first slot and a second leg having a second slot. The first leg and the second leg can extend from a cylindrical body that has a base surface. The indenter can be configured to be moved from a retracted position to an extended position. The indenter can include a body with a work surface and a base on opposing sides of the body. The base of the indenter can be configured to engage the base surface of the cylindrical body when the indenter is in the retracted position.
OBJECT GRASPING DEVICE AND SWAGING-TYPE TUBE FITTING FASTENING TOOL USING THE SAME
Provided are an object grasping device and a swaging-type tube fitting fastening tool. An object grasping device for grasping an outer peripheral surface of an object according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application may include: an upper frame provided to have an inner peripheral surface shape corresponding to an outer peripheral surface of an upper portion of the object so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the object in a grasping completion state in which the object grasping device grasps the outer peripheral surface of the object; a left lower frame provided to have an inner peripheral surface shape corresponding to an outer peripheral surface of a left lower portion of the object so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the left lower portion of the object in the grasping completion state; a right lower frame provided to have an inner peripheral surface shape corresponding to an outer peripheral surface of a right lower portion of the object so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the right lower portion of the object in the grasping completion state; a left link member configured to link a left portion of the upper frame and a middle portion of the left lower frame by means of hinges each having a rotating axis defined in a forward/backward direction; and a right link member configured to link a right portion of the upper frame and a middle portion of the right lower frame by means of hinges each having a rotating axis defined in the forward/backward direction.
TOOL SYSTEM FOR INSTALLATION/REMOVAL OF INTERFERENCE FIT COMPONENTS
