Shaft Driving Tool
A tool for driving a shaft within an apertured member, the tool incorporating a segmented sleeve having upper, lower, and medial segments, each segment having upper and lower ends, a hollow bore of the lower segment being helically threaded; a shaft biasing screw mounted within the lower segment's hollow bore, upper and lower joints, the upper joint connecting the upper end of the screw with the upper segment, and the lower joint connecting the medial segment with the lower segment; a first gear attached to the upper segment; a support frame attached to the medial segment; a second gear mounted rotatably upon the support frame, the second gear being positioned for rotating the first gear; a rotary power input stem fixedly attached to the second gear; and a clamp or hook arms adapted for positioning the apertured member beneath the screw's shaft biasing lower end.
Insert and system for providing a calibrated metering orifice
An insert for connecting first and second parts each having holes, the insert having a cylindrical sleeve and a core. The cylindrical sleeve having a central void and an outer diameter sized to fit into the hole in the first part. The central void having a uniform diameter across a length of the cylindrical sleeve. The core having a through-hole and a tapered outer wall such that when the core is pulled into the cylindrical sleeve, the cylindrical sleeve expands against the hole of the first part to secure the insert to the first part. The through-hole of the core having a threaded portion at a first end of the core to engage with a threaded fastener to secure the second part to the first part. The first end of the core is press-fit into the cylindrical sleeve.

Toolholder with provisions for bit removal
A bit holder can include a body and a collar. The body can be mountable to a rotor of a piece of equipment. The collar can be coupled to the body and can be configured to receive the bit therein. The collar can include a first flat collar surface forming a portion of a radially outer surface of the collar and a second flat collar surface forming a portion of the radially outer surface of the collar.
Pallet Jack Axle (Pin) Press
The present invention relates to a device for the removal of a pallet jack's load wheel pins. Where said invention is comprised of a hydraulic jack secured in a horizontal position within a frame assembly. A tooling adapter is fitted on the end of the piston rod so that the piston rod may push against the pallet jack's load wheel pin when the piston rod is extended. The frame assembly is slid underneath the forks of the pallet jack and the hydraulic jack's piston rod is aligned with the pallet jack load wheel pins that are to be removed. When the hydraulic jack is activated, the piston rod pushes against the pallet jack's load wheel pins pushing them out from the load wheel allowing the load wheel to be removed from the pallet jack's fork. Large extension springs are mounted on the underside of the frame assembly and are attached to piston rod to return the piston rod to the hydraulic jack once the load wheel pins are removed.
Spring loaded pilot punch assembly
A punch assembly includes a punch that defines an axis and a sleeve that is spring biased to the punch, the sleeve movable axially along the axis between a compressed position and an extended position.

Method and apparatus for plastic duct bank manufacture
A method and apparatus for manufacturing a duct bank comprising the steps of loading a frame with a series of templates, positioning the frame adjacent a pipe extruder, aligning a set of a plurality of holes with a die of the pipe extruder, extruding a pipe of a first length into the set of holes, repeating the steps of aligning and extruding for each set of holes, thereby forming the duct bank, banding the duct bank, and removing the duct bank from the frame.
Helmet tool
A helmet tool including a housing; a pin at least partially disposed in the housing; a trigger mechanism operatively engaged with the pin, wherein the pin and trigger mechanism may be configured together within the housing such that actuation of the trigger mechanism causes the pin to one of extend from or retract into the housing; and a latch connected to the housing.
