Tongue Break-Off Tool And Tongue Break-Off Method
A tongue break-off tool includes an insertion member including a hook that hooks a tongue of a tongued insert inserted into a tap hole. A movement member moves the insertion member in a diagonal direction diagonally intersecting with an extending direction of the tap hole from a deep side of the tap hole to a near side of the tap hole such that the tongue is broken off from the tongued insert. A defining member including a receiving hole through which the insertion member is passed in the extending direction such that the insertion member is accommodated in the receiving hole. A to-be-gripped section makes contact with the movement member. The defining member is gripped such that a grip section of the movement member is fitted in the to-be-gripped section, and the insertion member is rotatable relative to the movement member around the extending direction as a rotation axis.
Insertion tool
An insertion tool is used to insert a threaded coil insert into a threaded opening of a support structure. The tool includes a rotatable mandrel body having an axial longitudinal passage and a projection slot. A plunger is disposed in the passage forward of a spring which urges the plunger forward. The plunger in turn urges a drive projection. A front end of the plunger includes an inclined surface that slidingly and inclinedly engages an inclined surface of the drive projection. The urging of the drive projection by the plunger along their respective inclined surfaces causes relative sliding movement of the drive projection so that the drive projection translates linearly through the projection slot in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal passage.

Tool for installation of helical threaded insert
An installation tool for inserting a helical threaded insert into a tapped hole includes a driving mechanism, a series of mandrels and a series of head tubes. When a user wants to rebuild a broken tapped hole, the user can choose one mandrel and a related head tube with suitable size for rebuilding the broken tapped hole. Furthermore, a special threaded hole is defined in the head tube to reduce the size of the helical threaded insert for matching the broken tapped hole so that the user can rebuild the tapped hole easily.
Tool kit for removal of broken spark plugs
A tool and kit for removal of a broken spark plug from a cylinder head may include first and/or second tools, and/or a supplemental tool. The first tool is designed to position a broken porcelain element into the spark plug tip so that a second tool may be utilized to engage the tip by threading into the tip and thereafter axially withdrawing the plug tip from the cylinder head into the hollow tubular member. The supplemental tool may be utilized to engage the plug wire contact of a plug with axially projecting, elastic cantilever segments and axially withdraw the attached plug contact into a hollow tubular member.
INSTALLATION TOOL, USE THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR SECURING A THREADED INSERT
An installation tool, the use thereof, and a method for securing a threaded insert are being provided. The installation tool has a spindle, which is at least partly provided with a first outer thread and at least partly with a second thread, and a sleeve, which has a thread that meshes with the second thread. The length of the spindle and the length of the sleeve are adapted to each other such that the first outer thread protrudes at least partly out of the sleeve. The housing sleeve can be moved axially relative to the spindle by means of the thread engagement with the spindle, wherein the end position of said axial movement is defined by an axial stop of the spindle on the thrust bearing and/or rotational stop of the spindle on the housing sleeve.
TOOL FOR ASSEMBLING HOSE AND CONNECTOR
A tool for assembling a hose and a connector, which includes a base, a hose clamping assembly, a connector clamping assembly and a drive assembly. The base includes an assembly axis . The hose clamping assembly is slidably connected to the base. The connector clamping assembly is rotatably connected to the base and the drive assembly is configured to drive the connector clamping assembly to rotate about the assembly axis while moving toward or away from the hose clamping assembly. The drive assembly drives the connector clamping assembly to perform rotational motion about the assembly axis , while simultaneously moving axially toward or away from the hose clamping assembly, thereby achieving synchronized axial advancement of the connector during rotation. This rotation +linear feed compound motion significantly reduces assembly time and is particularly suitable for precision-demanding rapid assembly applications.
