Laser Alignment Tool
The present invention is a laser aligning tool that has two weight bodies, a laser pointer unit, and a threaded tubular shaft. The laser pointer unit is positioned within one of the two weight bodies. While both weight bodies are similar in shape and mass, and both connected to the threaded tubular shaft, only the weight body without the laser pointer unit can be detached from the threaded tubular shaft. The user may remove and place one weight body to the flange opening and introduce the threaded tubular shaft with the other weight body to the opening of another flange in preparation of alignment. The user may then turn on the laser pointer unit and ensure the laser beam traverse through both threaded tubular shaft and the detached weight body for proper alignment.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL INSTALLATION TOOL
A garbage disposal installation tool can support a garbage disposal at an installation position beneath a sink drain. The tool includes a hook configured to hang the garbage disposal from the hook and a suspender configured to suspend the hook beneath a connection point with the sink. The suspender can have an elastic segment that is extended during use to impart a biasing force that urges the garbage disposal toward a bottom portion of the sink. The suspender can also be a flexible suspension line that includes a plurality of connectors at spaced apart locations for connecting the suspender to the sink at respective locations. The tool can include a brace configured to rest on the sink over the drain opening. The brace can include a slot that defines the connection point and is arranged to be in communication with the drain opening when the brace rests on the sink.

IMMOBILIZER TOOL SET FOR BOLT INSTALLATION AND METHOD
An immobilizer tool set includes a plurality of retention blocks. Each retention block of the plurality of retention blocks includes a first plate, a guide pin extending from the first plate, and a second plate on the guide pin and configured to slide on the guide pin relative the first plate. A spring is between the first plate and the second plate.
Remote process equipment bolt flange joint opening and closing system and method of use
A system for remotely opening and closing a process equipment bolt flange joint may include a hydraulic cylinder actuator assembly for attaching to the flanges of a bolt flange joint to open and close the joint by operation of a remote hydraulic pump. More than one actuator assembly may be evenly spaced around the flange joint, to ensure even distribution of force around the joint. The system may have an accumulator for receiving hydraulic fluid expelled from the hydraulic cylinder during extension and to force hydraulic fluid back into the cylinder to close the flange joint upon pressure release at the pump. A drop trigger may be used to release hydraulic pressure at the pump for emergencies. The system may include a video camera for viewing the joint on a display. The components may be stored and transported on a mobile cart. A method of use is also disclosed.

Flange leveling system for supporting and aligning a flange and related method
A pipe flange is leveled for welding by using stainless steel using ball bearings attached to a U-shaped spring-loaded wire so a fitter is able to level a flange for welding while the wire supports a level. The ball bearings are part of a first leveling unit and a second leveling unit which comprise a flange leveling system. The spring acts to bias a first leg and a second leg of the leveling units such that the distal ends of both legs are biased toward each other. The ball bearings are axially co-linear with each other and are sized to be seated in bolt holes defined in the first and second sides of the pipe flange. A related process is also disclosed wherein the flange is adjusted until the associated flange holes on the first and second sides of the pipe flange are level with each other.

DECOUPLER TOOL
A decoupler tool for decoupling a Storz coupler is disclosed having a base member and handle and decoupling member attached to the base member. The handle and decoupling member may include two handles and each handle includes vertical leg having a protrusion for engaging a coupling lug or coupling lock release member of a Storz coupler.
AN ALIGNMENT TOOL FOR ALIGNING BORES IN STRUCTURAL MEMBERS
An alignment tool (1) for aligning a bore (13) extending through a first structural member (14) with a bore (19) extending through a second structural member (15) is disclosed. The alignment tool (1) comprises two shaft portions (2, 3) having a cylindrical or cylindrical like configuration. The second shaft portion (3) is arranged adjacent to the first shaft portion (2). A portion of the second surface forms a continuation of a portion of the first surface. A first bushing (8) is arranged along the first shaft portion (2) and substantially covering the first surface, and a second bushing (9) is arranged along the second shaft portion (3) and substantially covering the second surface. Mutual rotational movements are allowed between the first shaft portion (2) and the first bushing (8) and between the second shaft portion (3) and the second bushing (9).
