Valve seat puller head assembly
A valve seat puller head assembly is comprised of seat puller head halves and springs. The seat puller head halves come together forming an opening. A pair of spring clips hold and secure the seat puller head halves together providing the outward force required to pre-position the tool (i.e., seat valve puller head assembly) in proper area for valve seat removal. In one embodiment, the valve seat puller head assembly further comprises an allthread having a tapered buttress engaged with the valve seat puller head via the opening of the valve seat puller head, eliminating thread clearance there between and greatly reducing the shear pressure at a root initiation area. In an alternative embodiment, a subzero temperature glycol solution within a portion of the valve seat puller head is circulated to cold pull heat from the valve seat puller head assembly and the valve seat which is in contact therewith.
Mini pump with integrated valve core tool
A mini pump comprising a linear hand pump assembly and a valve core tool is disclosed. The linear hand pump assembly is configured to operate along a longitudinal pump axis and comprises a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The valve core tool is releasably coupled to the first end and has a central tool axis and a cavity centered on, and running parallel to, the central tool axis. The cavity passes through at least one of a top surface and a bottom surface of the tool and is shaped to mate with a valve core such that, with respect to rotation about the tool axis, the valve core is rotationally fixed to the tool. The pump axis and the tool axis are collinear when the tool is coupled to the assembly. The valve core tool and the pump assembly may be threadedly coupled.

PACKING INSERTION TOOL FOR PAINT AND OTHER FLUID PUMPS
A packing insertion tool for inserting a packing stack into a cylinder of a piston pump includes a packing holder on which the packing stack is mounted. The packing holder includes a body, a handle disposed at a first end of the body, and a plurality of fingers disposed at a second end of the body. The fingers extend axially from the body and the packing stack is mounted on the fingers, between the body and a retaining feature disposed at a distal end of the fingers. The fingers can flex to allow the diameter of the distal end of the fingers to change as the packing stack slides on to and off of the fingers.

Reyse Jatzlau Valve Buddy
This invention (called the VALVE BUDDY) is a compact mechanical tool with attachments that aids in the manipulation of heavy and/or ungainly valves, hereafter called the Working Load. The VALVE BUDDY allows operators to safely lift, elevate, move or position a Working Load with or without bodily handling the Working Load thus improving safety and work efficiency.

WRENCH ASSEMBLY FOR ADJUSTING RELATIVE POSITION BETWEEN MECHANICAL COMPONENTS IN A MECHANICAL SYSTEM
A wrench assembly for use in adjusting relative position between a first mechanical component and a second mechanical component in a mechanical system includes a lash adjuster, a lash indicator, and a measurement scale. The lash adjuster includes an adjuster axis. Additionally, the lash adjuster is configured to selectively rotate about the adjuster axis to adjust the relative position between the first mechanical component and the second mechanical component. Further, a relative position between the lash indicator and the measurement scale provides a precise visual indication of the relative position between the first mechanical component and the second mechanical component. One of the lash indicator and the measurement scale is fixedly secured to the lash adjuster such that rotation of the lash adjuster about the adjuster axis provides a corresponding rotation of the one of the lash indicator and the measurement scale about the adjuster axis. The other of the lash indicator and the measurement scale does not rotate about the adjuster axis correspondingly with the lash adjuster.
Gasket seal seat ring
Some embodiments of the invention provide a valve including a body, a valve element arranged within the body to selectively inhibit flow through the body, and a seal assembly that includes a body gasket and a retaining ring. The retaining ring includes a cutter that is arranged to cut the body gasket during installation. A two-plane seal is formed by cutting the body gasket between the retaining ring and the body.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO INSTALL VALVE PACKING COMPONENTS
Valve packing installation apparatus and related methods for use with fluid valves are disclosed. An apparatus includes a tube to receive a stack of packing components. The tube has a first end and a second end. A plunger is disposed within the tube adjacent the second end. The plunger is slidable toward the first end to expel the stack of packing components into a valve in a predetermined order associated with an installation sequence.
