Packing insertion tool for paint and other fluid pumps
A packing insertion tool for inserting a packing stack into a cylinder of a piston pump includes a packing holder on which the packing stack is mounted. The packing holder includes a body, a handle disposed at a first end of the body, and a plurality of fingers disposed at a second end of the body. The fingers extend axially from the body and the packing stack is mounted on the fingers, between the body and a retaining feature disposed at a distal end of the fingers. The fingers can flex to allow the diameter of the distal end of the fingers to change as the packing stack slides on to and off of the fingers.
Valve and system for application of a covering product including such a valve
A valve including a body having an inner central orifice and a chamber, a piston formed by a rod and by a head mounted in the chamber, the rod extending outside the body and moving in a bore of an application system. The valve includes a first sealing device around the rod on one side of the valve where the rod extends outside the body, part of the chamber being filled with a pressurized control fluid to obtain movement of the piston against the force of a spring housed in the body. The valve includes a second sealing device around the rod, between the first sealing device and the chamber. The valve includes a vent duct in the rod that communicates with the inner central orifice between the first and second sealing devices and emerges in the open air or in part of the chamber communicating with the open air.

Valve, system for application of covering product including such a valve and dedicated mounting and dismounting tool
Valve for a system for applying a covering product, including projecting or recessed shapes on a peripheral part, configured to cooperate with projecting or recessed shapes of a dedicated mounting and dismounting tool, these projecting or recessed shapes of the valve being configured to transmit a rotational movement to the valve, and to be secured to the tool. The projecting or hollow shapes of the valve include a first peripheral profile having at least one planar surface, and a second peripheral profile located behind the first profile relative to an outer end of the valve. The second profile has at least one first planar surface aligned with the planar surface of the first profile, and at least one second planar surface angularly offset relative to the planar surface of the first profile, such that the second planar surface of the second profile forms a shoulder relative to the first profile.

Top entry ball valve and method
A top entry ball valve a pipeline mainly used in Oil and Gas Industry, Chemical and pharmaceutical Industries. The system allows for replacing all the ball valve components and seals while the valve body is still in the pipeline. The ball valve assembly has four main components: the body, gearbox, ball, and seats. Disassembly and reassembly may be performed utilizing various tools to allow removal and reinstallation of the ball, seats, seals, or other components therein without the need to remove the ball valve assembly from a pipeline.
VALVE STEM RETAINER DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING THE SAME
A valve stem retainer device may include a housing that holds a valve stem. The housing may prevent the valve stem from closing without control. The device may include at least one bracket that holds on to the housing. The device may include a steel rod that holds on to the housing. The steel rod may support the at least one bracket. The device may include a double set of a washer and a nut that ensures a tight and secure connection between the at least one bracket and the housing.
INJECTION FITTING INTERNAL CHECK VALVE RETRIEVAL TOOL
A system for retrieving a failed inner check valve that is part of an injection fitting includes a hollow isolation valve assembly that includes a first section and a second section that is detachable from the first section. The first section includes a first valve and the second section including a relief valve. The first valve moves between a closed position in which the first section is completely occluded and an open position and can be in the form of a ball valve. The system also includes an extraction tool that is configured to be coupled to and advanced along the isolation valve assembly. An elongated inner key is configured to be received into and pass through the hollow isolation valve assembly. A distal end of the inner key is configured to engage and unscrew the failed internal check valve for removal thereof.

SEAT REMOVAL TOOL
A seat removal tool is disclosed for removing valve seats. A seat removal tool having a main rod, actuator rod within the main rod that actuates to cause radially expandable extraction segments to transition between an expanded position and a contracted position. When using the seat removal tool to remove a valve seat, portions of the radially expandable extraction segments may pass through a seat while the valve seat removal tool is in a contracted position. Thereafter, the seat removal tool may transition from the contracted position to an extended position, which grabs the seat. While in the expanded position, the seat removal tool may pull the valve seat from the passage.
