PNEUMATIC FASTENER DRIVER

A power tool including a housing that has a handle portion and a trigger mechanism mounted on the handle portion. The trigger mechanism includes a first trigger for initiating an operation and a second trigger, each of the first and second triggers being movable between a first position and a second position. The second trigger, when in the first position, blocks movement of the first trigger from the first position to the second position.

Fastener-driving tool including a reversion trigger

A fastener-driving tool includes a housing and a workpiece-contacting element movable between a rest position and an activated position. The tool also includes a trigger connected to the housing and movable between a rest position and an activated position, a control valve including an actuating pin, an actuation lever movably connected to the trigger and movable between a rest position and an actuating position adjacent to the actuating pin, and a trigger control mechanism associated with the actuation lever and configured for moving and holding the actuation lever in the actuating position. In a powered mode, the trigger control mechanism causes the-actuation lever to move and remain in the actuating position such that the tool is actuated each time the workpiece-contacting element contacts a workpiece and moves to the activated position causing the actuation lever to contact the actuating pin and initiate an actuation of the tool.

PNEUMATIC TOOL

A pneumatic tool includes a trigger configured to perform a first operation of operating a drive part, a contact member configured to perform a second operation of operating the drive part, a timer configured to measure the time during which the drive part can be operated by the second operation of the contact member and to switch the operation mode of the drive part after the time has elapsed, and a timer switch configured to control the operation of the timer. The first operation of the trigger is transmitted to the timer switch using a transmitting member.

PNEUMATIC TOOL

A pneumatic tool includes a drive part configured to be driven by compressed air, a control valve configured to switch the presence or absence of operation of the drive part, and a timer part configured to switch the presence or absence of operation of the control valve after a lapse of a predetermined time. The timer part includes a timer piston configured to move in one direction, a timer piston cylinder configured to support the timer piston such that the timer piston can slide, and an on-off valve part configured to switch the presence or absence of operation of the control valve in conjunction with the timer piston. The on-off valve part includes a shaft portion configured to move in conjunction with the timer piston, and compressed air flowing into the on-off valve part presses the shaft portion in the one direction.

The timer part comprises a timer piston configured to move in one direction, and a timer piston cylinder configured to support the timer piston. The pneumatic tool comprises a throttle part configured to throttle the flow rate of air flowing into or flowing out from the timer piston cylinder, and an adjustment part configured to adjust an operating time of the timer piston.

Fastener driving machine

A fastener driving machine provided with a mechanism to lubricate pins or racks is realized. A fastener driving machine includes a driver blade, pins, and a lubricant feeding mechanism. The driver blade can reciprocate in a first direction and a second direction opposite to each other, and hits a fastener when the driver blade moves in the first direction. The pins respectively engage with racks provided on the driver blade to move the driver blade in the second direction. The lubricant feeding mechanism supplies lubricant to the racks and the pins.
