Fastening tool having a tool-free depth adjustment mechanism
A fastening tool having a depth adjustment mechanism mounted on a longitudinally movable door of a nosepiece assembly. The depth adjustment mechanism including a depth adjustment wheel having an internal threaded section extending along an axis and being rotatable about said axis; and an adjustment screw disposed within the depth adjustment wheel and engaging the door plate, the adjustment screw having an external threaded section that engages the internal threaded section of the depth adjustment wheel, so that a rotational movement of the depth adjustment wheel with respect to the adjustment screw effects a relative axial movement of the adjustment screw and the longitudinal movement of the door to increase and decrease the depth that a fastener is driven into a workpiece.
Fastener-driving tool
A driving tool includes a driving mechanism which is driven with a fluid and which is configured to drive a fastener supplied to a nose portion and a clocking mechanism configured to perform clocking of a time period for switching between presence and absence of actuation of the driving mechanism. The clocking mechanism is supplied with a fluid for actuating the driving mechanism, moves a moving member from an initial position to a clocking starting position where clocking is started by force of the fluid, and performs clocking by controlling movement of the moving member by applying a load of resistance when the moving member moves from the clocking starting position to the initial position thereof.
FASTENER DRIVING TOOL
A fastener driving tool includes a cylinder, a piston movably disposed within the cylinder, a striking rod operable by the piston and having lift teeth, and a lift and release mechanism for lifting and releasing the striking rod and the piston. The mechanism includes a rotatable toothed disc which has disc teeth that sequentially engage with the lift teeth as the striking rod is lifted from a lower driven position toward an upper retracted position. The toothed disc is movable relative to the striking rod with a torque generated as a result of a non-meshing interference to bring the rotating axis of the toothed disc into deflection away from the striking rod for releasing the interference, and is further biased by a biasing member back to its original position.
Nail gun which fires nails stably
Disclosed is nail gun which fires nails stably, including: a housing, a trigger, an electric motor, a first cylinder, a second cylinder, a crank, a linkage, a nail firing assembly, and a nail supplying assembly, the second cylinder being disposed in the first cylinder, inside the first cylinder being provided a first piston, inside the second cylinder being provided a second piston, the linkage being in transmission connection with the first piston, the electric motor being in transmission connection with the crank via a transmission mechanism and driving, via the linkage, the first piston to make an axial motion in the first cylinder, a circulating air channel being provided between the first cylinder and the second cylinder, the nail firing assembly including a striker which is connected with the second piston.
Head Valve System for Air Spring Power Tool
A power tool includes an air spring cylinder. A piston is movably positioned within the cylinder. A head valve assembly of the power tool includes a flapper valve configured to seal the air spring cylinder from an air accumulator when the flapper valve is in a non-firing position.
DRIVING TOOL
A contact restriction member is configured to move from an unlock position to a lock position within a predetermined time period by using an intermittent rotation movement of a restriction wheel. The contact restriction member may prevent substantial movement of a contact arm when the contact restriction member is in the lock position.
Driver
A driver capable of suppressing an increase in a load of a bumper is provided. The driver 10 includes a striking portion 12 provided movably and configured to move to strike a fastener; a bumper 33 configured to be in contact with the striking portion 12 to restrict a range of movement of the striking portion 12; and a housing 11 configured to support the bumper 33, the driver 10 further including a load suppressing portion configured to suppress an increase in a load of the bumper 33 based on the load of the bumper 33 detected by a load detection portion or number of operations of the striking portion within a predetermined time.
DRIVING TOOL
A gas-spring type driving tool with a charge valve, a relief valve, and an opening valve provided in an accumulation chamber. Compressed gas can be quickly charged into the accumulation chamber by connecting the charge valve to an external device. The relief valve maintains the accumulation chamber at a preset pressure. The opening valve is capable of opening the accumulation chamber quickly to the atmosphere. This allows for a quick removal of a jammed nail from a driving nose.
DRIVING TOOL
A rotary shaft is spline coupled to a carrier of a final-stage planetary gear mechanism. A bearing for supporting the rotary shaft is arranged on an outer circumferential side of the carrier. The bearing and the carrier are arranged so as to overlap in a direction perpendicular to a motor axis.
DRIVING TOOL
A driving tool includes a piston, a driver, and a lift mechanism. The piston moves in a driving direction by a pressure of a gas. The driver extends from the piston and includes a plurality of engaged portions. The lift mechanism moves the driver in a direction opposite to the driving direction. The lift mechanism includes a rotation shaft, a wheel, a plurality of engaging portions, and a supporting member. The wheel rotates integrally with the rotation shaft. Each of the plurality of engaging portions may engage an engaged portion. The supporting member supports the wheel so the wheel is allowed to move between an initial position and an eccentric position in a radial direction of the rotation shaft.
