Binding Machine
There is provided a binding machine for binding a first object and a second object by using a staple that includes a first leg portion, a second leg portion, and a main body portion that connects the first leg portion and the second leg portion and that opens toward a forward direction. The binding machine includes: a first displacement portion configured to displace the first leg portion so as to surround the first object; a second displacement portion configured to displace the second leg portion such that the second object is surrounded by the first leg portion, the second leg portion, and the main body portion; and a guide portion configured to guide the first object in a direction approaching the first leg portion.
Stapler for box edges to press end of iron core by double pulling of handle bar
The present invention relates to a stapler for box edges which fixes edge portions of a box, presses an end of an iron core, and doubly pulls a handle bar so as to minimize protrusion of the end of the iron core. The stapler includes a load bar and a push plate which can locate an iron core on an iron core support plate when the handle bar is pulled first and presses the end portions of the iron core inward when the handle bar is pulled second.
MAGAZINE ASSEMBLY AND STAPLER INCLUDING THE SAME
A magazine assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The magazine assembly includes a main body and a staple-pushing mechanism. The main body has a seat body and at least one rail, the seat body has a first end portion and a second end portion, a connection of the first and second end portions is defined as a moving path, and the at least one rail is disposed on the seat body. The staple-pushing mechanism is arranged on the main body, the staple-pushing mechanism includes a staple-pushing member and a constant force spring, and the staple-pushing member is driven to move toward the first end portion via the constant force spring.
PNEUMATIC STAPLER
A pneumatic stapler has a main body internally loaded with straight staple-forming wires and including a staple-driving and a wire-bending control chamber. A staple-driving element carrier is movably mounted in the staple-driving control chamber and divides the latter into a first and a second staple-driving gas flowing space. When the staple-driving element carrier moves in the second staple-driving gas flowing space to push one staple out of the main body into a workpiece, the initially isolated first staple-driving control chamber is now communicable with the wire-bending control chamber, allowing part of the gas supplied to the pneumatic stapler to flow into the wire-bending control chamber and move a wire-bending element mounted therein to bend one staple-forming wire into a staple. Therefore, the pneumatic stapler requires only one pressure source to complete both staple-driving and wire-bending operations and can have more staple-forming wires loaded therein to provide high convenience in use.
STAPLER
The stapler includes a main body, a magazine, a striker, and a driving portion. The main body encloses a receiving space and has an opening at a lower portion of a front end thereof A longitudinal direction is defined by the front end and a rear end of the main body. The magazine is arranged in the main body to receive staples. The striker is arranged at the front end of the main body and is movable linearly above the opening of the main body. The driving portion is arranged in the main body and is connected to the striker. The driving portion drives the striker to move downward to strike a staple out. The striker has a bottom end which is recessed and has two ends and an intermediate portion between the two ends. The intermediate portion is more recessed than the two ends.
STAPLE GUN
A staple gun includes a base seat having a pivot shaft and a coupling shaft, a striking member disposed movably in the base seat and having a connecting hole, an elastic member engaging the connecting hole, a driving member having a slot and a linking hole that is engaged with the elastic member, and a handle. The driving member is inclined with a lower portion thereof being disposed in front of an upper portion thereof. The handle has a cam surface, and an engaging hole retaining the pivot shaft. Pivot movement of the handle toward a pressed position deforms the elastic member resiliently and moves the handle rearwardly due to a slidable contact between the cam surface and the coupling shaft.
MAGAZINE ASSEMBLY AND A STAPLER INCLUDING THE SAME
A magazine assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The magazine assembly includes a base and a rail assembly. The base has a first end portion and a second end portion. A direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion is defined as a first direction. The rail assembly is disposed on the base and adapted for a staple unit to slidably abut thereagainst along the first direction. The rail assembly includes a first rail and a second rail which are separate. A first side wall of the first rail has at least one guide portion extending in the first direction. Each guide portion is adapted for a head of a T-shaped staple to slidably engage therewithalong the first direction. The second rail is adapted for a U-shaped staple to abut thereagainst.

Grip Strength Trainer with an Integrated Stapler
A grip strength trainer with an integrated stapler uses a finger grip and a grip-engagement mechanism to enable a user to selectively staple documents or train grip strength. The stapler has a base and a top cover that are hingedly, and terminally, connected about a pin. So that the stapler can perform stapling and strength training operations by pivoting the top cover toward the base. The finger grip is mounted onto the base, opposite to the top cover so that the user is able to establish a stable grip. The grip-engagement mechanism is a spring-loaded actuation system that enables the user to select between performing stapling and strength training operations. The grip-engagement mechanism has a mode-switching slot that passes through the finger grip and forms the track along which a mode-control lever travels. The mode control lever enables the user to selectively perform stapling or strength training operations.
