A composite laminate reinforcing tool may be used to form a reinforced joint at a bond line of a composite laminate structure. The tool may hold one or more clips having posts, and the tool may be positioned along the bond line between at least two composite laminate elements. Joint sections of the clip may be heated to increase a pliability of the joint section, and the tool may be actuated to drive the post through the at least two composite laminate elements. The posts may be deflected toward a base of the clip, thereby to seat the clip. The reinforced composite laminate structure may then be cured.

A magazine assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The magazine assembly includes a base and a rail assembly. The base has a first end portion and a second end portion. A direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion is defined as a first direction. The rail assembly is disposed on the base and adapted for a staple unit to slidably abut thereagainst along the first direction. The rail assembly includes a first rail and a second rail which are separate. A first side wall of the first rail has at least one guide portion extending in the first direction. Each guide portion is adapted for a head of a T-shaped staple to slidably engage therewithalong the first direction. The second rail is adapted for a U-shaped staple to abut thereagainst.

A driving tool having a trigger, such that after the trigger is on-operated, a contact restriction member starts to rotate to a lock side while rotation resistance is applied thereto by a rotation resistance applying member. A lock portion enters a lock receiving portion to prohibit an on-operation of a contact arm after a reference time has passed after the on-operation of the trigger. As a result, an inadvertent driving operation can be prevented. A mechanical timer mechanism allows for a timer control to be effected under an environment where electric power cannot be supplied.

Stapler

A stapler comprises a base (1), a staple pin track (2), a top blade assembly (3), a hinge (4) and an upper cover (5). Tail ends of the staple pin track, the top blade assembly and the upper cover are all hingedly connected to a tail end of the base. A first guide part is disposed on a side wall of the upper cover, and one end of the hinge is slidably connected to the first guide part. The first guide part is set in a structure that when the upper cover is pressed, one end of the hinge can move to the tail end of the upper cover and press downwards. A second guide part is disposed on the side wall of the base, and the other end of the hinge is slidably connected to the second guide part. The second guide part is set in a structure that when the upper cover is pressed, the other end of the hinge can move to a front end of the base, and when the upper cover is opened, the other end of the hinge is separated from the base. A middle part of the hinge is hingedly connected to a middle of the top blade assembly, and the first guide part is close to the tail end of the upper cover. The present invention has a good labor-saving effect and makes it convenient to put in staple pins.
