Stuck Staple Processing Mechanism of Electric Stapler and Electric Stapler
The disclosure discloses a stuck staple processing mechanism of an electric stapler and the electric stapler. The stuck staple processing mechanism of the electric stapler includes a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a pop-up staple channel assembly, a controller and a pop-up mechanism. The transmission mechanism is connected with a pop-up switch of the pop-up staple channel assembly through the pop-up mechanism. When the controller controls the driving mechanism to rotate along a staple placing direction, the pop-up mechanism does not make the staple channel assembly act. When the controller controls the driving mechanism to rotate in an opposite direction of staple placing, the transmission mechanism makes the pop-up switch act through the pop-up mechanism to pop up a staple channel of the staple channel assembly, so as to facilitate a removal of a stuck staple.
Electric stapler, post-processing device, and image forming system
An electric stapler includes a clamp part, a penetration part, a clinch part, and a motor, the penetration part, and the clinch part. The electric stapler performs binding processing accompanying rotation of the motor by sequentially performing a clamping process, a penetrating process, and a clinching process. The electric stapler includes a first position detection unit that detects that a rotational position of the motor passes a first position, a braking unit that applies braking to the motor after it is detected that the motor passes the first position, a difference calculation unit that calculates a difference between a position at which the motor is stopped by the braking unit and a predetermined stop target position of the motor; and a motor control unit that moves a rotational position of the motor to the stop target position by rotating the motor forward or in reverse by the calculated difference.
Power tool
A tool is provided for applying fasteners to a workpiece. The tool has a housing with a nosepiece, a motor, a drive actuator, a magazine assembly that holds fasteners, and a feed assembly with a feed actuator configured to move a lead fastener into the nosepiece. A driver in the housing is driven by a drive system that is associated with the driver actuator. A controller is connected to the feed actuator and the drive actuator to implement a firing sequence for driving each lead fastener into the workpiece using the driver and feeding the lead fastener into the nosepiece assembly. The actuators may be in the form of solenoids. The controller is designed to energize and deenergize the motor selectively while the drive actuator and feed actuator are activated.

INSERT FOR PALM STAPLER, A PALM STAPLER AND A METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A battery-operated palm stapler, an insert for holding a fastener, and a method of installing a fastener using the palm stapler. The stapler includes a housing with a telescoping barrel extending outwardly therefrom. An insert is engaged in the barrel's bore and is held in place by magnets. The insert body defines a slot for receiving fasteners therein. The slot extends from a top wall of the body to a bottom wall thereof. At least one magnet is provided in the body adjacent the slot and is used to hold fasteners in a correct orientation for installation. A sensor probe provided in the body is operable to detect if voltage is carried in electrical cables adjacent which fasteners are to be installed. The probe deactivates a hammer actuating mechanism if voltage is detected. Inserts holding different types of fastener may be selectively engaged with the palm stapler.
