Accessory for a fastening gun
An accessory for a fastening gun includes a magazine assembly with a feed end and a discharge end and configured to support a series of staples in a pre-discharge orientation and with a feed mechanism for feeding the staples from the feed end to the discharge end. A drive member guide assembly is mounted on the magazine assembly and is configured so that a staple drive member can be mounted in the drive member guide assembly and can be driven and retracted along a predetermined path with respect to the magazine assembly, so that, when driven, the drive member can engage a staple to drive legs of the staple into respective components, the drive member guide assembly being configured for mounting on the fastening gun with the drive member connected to a piston or the like of the fastening gun.
POWERED FASTENER DRIVER
A fastener driver includes a housing, a cylinder disposed within the housing, a piston positioned and moveable within the cylinder, and a driver blade. The driver blade includes a body defining a first end having an aperture defined therein, a second end opposite the first end, and a plurality of teeth between the first and second ends. The aperture is sized to receive a fastener to attach the driver blade to the piston. The driver blade is moveable with the piston from a first position toward a second position along a longitudinal axis during a fastener driving operation. A nosepiece at least partially defining a fastener driving track through which fasteners are driven. A total length of the fastener driver as measured between a distal end of the nosepiece and a distal end of the cylinder is less than 11.4 inches (289.6 mm).
Floor nailing gun
In one aspect of the invention, a floor nailing gun includes a nail magazine; a sleeve component; a nail ejecting component; an elastic component; and a base, where an end face of one end of the nail magazine is provided with at least one threaded hole for fixedly connecting the nail magazine to the base, and the sleeve component, the nail ejecting component, and the elastic component are mounted on the nail magazine, wherein the nail magazine is provided with an L-shaped groove having an L-shaped cross section or a T-shaped groove having a T-shaped cross section, and a boss for preventing nails from jumping up and down is formed at the top of the L-shaped groove or the T-shaped groove.
REFILL
A staple-refill 11 is provided with: a casing 12 in which a plurality of sheet-type connected staples 10 are stacked; a staple inserting port 14; a staple discharge port 16; a cover member 15 which covers the sheet-type connected staples 10 in the casing 12 from a side of the staple inserting port 14; and a notch portion 18 formed in the casing 12 and extending from an edge of the staple inserting port 14 in an insertion direction.
Powered fastener driver
A fastener driver includes a housing, a cylinder disposed within the housing, a piston positioned and moveable within the cylinder, a driver blade attached to the piston and moveable with the piston from a first position toward a second position during a fastener driving operation, and a nosepiece at least partially defining a fastener driving track through which fasteners are driven by the driver blade. The nosepiece includes a longitudinal guide groove in which a fastener is received, and parallel guide ribs extending from an interior surface of the nosepiece, thereby defining an extension of the guide groove. When the driver blade is in the second position, the driver blade partially overlaps with the guide ribs, thereby allowing a first portion of the fastener to be received in the guide ribs and a lower, second portion of the fastener to be received in the guide groove.
Nailing unit and nail gun comprising said nailing unit
A nailing unit includes a nail box, a nail magazine, a nail pushing block, a tail buckle switch, a nail limiting block fit together with a nail guiding plate through slits is provided. The nail magazine includes a heat-treated guide rail assembly mounted with a nail splitting plate at the end near the nail guiding plate. The nail pushing block connected to a spring is formed with three nail pushing feet adapted to a first, second, and third gaps. The nail guiding plate includes two connecting wings and forms a low-lying guide plate therebetween. Each angle between the guide plate and each connecting wing is respectively fixedly provided with a positioning step along the longitudinal direction.
Nail guiding device for nailer
A nail guiding device of a nailer includes a guiding portion for guiding the nails along a straight path. The nailer has a reception recess with which a guiding member is pivotably connected. A guiding plate includes two grooves defined along two sides thereof. The strike plate and nails are slidably moved along the guiding plate between the two grooves. The guiding plate has first and second slots. The guiding member has a pivot pivotably inserted in the reception recess, a first guiding portion, a first rail, a second rail parallel to the first rail and a second guiding portion. The guiding member has a resilient arm connected thereto which contacts an inside of the body of the nailer. The first and second rails swing through the first and second slots so as to guide the nails to be ejected along a straight path.
DRIVING TOOL
A driving tool comprises a tool main body that includes a driver for driving a U-shaped staple, and a main magazine for housing a plurality of staples that extends from the tool main body. The driving tool also comprises a sub-magazine to which a pusher and a staple guide are attachable. The pusher pushes the staples in the main magazine toward the tool main body. The staple guide is inserted between a pair of legs of the staple in the main magazine. The driving tool also comprises a guide mechanism for guiding the sub-magazine toward the tool main body from an opening position to a closing position with respect to the main magazine. The guide mechanism also guides the sub-magazine in a direction opposite to a driving direction while the sub-magazine moves from the opening position to the closing position.
