ELECTRIC WORKING MACHINE
The present invention provides an electric working machine in which a control board can be disposed without limitations based on a length of a brushless motor in a direction along an axial line. The electric working machine comprises: a brushless motor provided with a rotor and a stator; a motor case and a motor housing in which the brushless motor is stored; a control board which is provided outside of the motor housing in a radial direction of an axial line defined at the center of the rotor, and supports the switching elements; a connection board which is provided in the motor case, and supports the sensors; a through hole provided on the motor case; a through hole provided on the motor housing; and leads and signal lines extending from inside of the motor housing to the outside of the motor housing through the holes.
HAND-HELD POWER TOOL
A chiselling hand-held power tool having a tool holder for holding a tool on a working axis, an electric motor, and a striking mechanism. The striking mechanism has an excitation piston coupled to the motor, a striker guided on the working axis and a pneumatic chamber closed by the excitation piston and the striker for coupling a movement of the striker to the excitation piston. The rotational speed of the electric motor corresponds to at least 20 times the striking rate of the striking mechanism.
Percussion tool
A percussion tool, for performing a chiseling operation on a workpiece with a chisel, comprises a housing including a front side, and rear side, and opposite lateral sides extending between the front and rear sides, a first handle coupled to a first of the lateral sides of the housing, a second handle coupled to a second of the lateral sides of the housing, the first and second handles oriented coaxially along a handle axis, an electric motor positioned within the housing, a percussion mechanism driven by the motor and including a striker supported for reciprocation relative to the housing along a striker axis, and a light source that produces light to illuminate the workpiece. The chisel is configured to deliver repeated axial impacts to the workpiece in response to receiving repeated axial impacts from the striker.
Electric motor driven tool for orthopedic impacting
An orthopedic impacting tool including a motor, an energy storage chamber, a striker, and an anvil. The motor stores energy in the energy storage chamber and then releases it, causing the striker to apply a controlled force on an adapter to create a precise impact for use in a surgical setting. The tool may further comprise a combination anvil and adapter. Alternatively, the tool may comprise a gas spring assembly system for generating an impact force. The tool further allows forward or backward impacting for expanding the size or volume of the opening or for facilitating removal of a broach, implant, or other surgical implement from the opening. An energy adjustment control of the tool allows a surgeon to increase or decrease the impact energy. A light source and hand grips improve ease of operation of the tool.

Percussion tool
A percussion tool comprises a housing and an electric motor positioned within the housing. The percussion tool further comprises a battery pack supported by the housing for providing power to the motor. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells having a nominal voltage of up to 120 Volts. The percussion tool further comprises a percussion mechanism driven by the motor and including a striker supported for reciprocation in the housing. The percussion tool has a ratio of impact energy to mass that is greater than or equal to 2.5 Joules/kilogram.
PORTABLE POWER TOOL
A portable power tool has a tool holder 2, a motor 8 and an electro-pneumatic striking mechanism 4. The striking mechanism includes an excitation piston 13, a striker 14, a pneumatic chamber 18 for coupling the striker 14 to the excitation piston 13 and an anvil 15 which is arranged in the striking direction 5 downstream of the striker 14 and is provided for transmitting a blow of the striker to the tool. The anvil is hollow. The hollow interior space 23 is closed in the striking direction 5 and counter to the striking direction 5.
Hand-held power tool
A hand-held power tool includes at least one transmission housing, at least one single-stage transmission unit, at least one motor housing, and at least one compensating unit. The at least one transmission unit is disposed in the at least one transmission housing. The at least one compensating unit includes at least one movably mounted compensating mass element. The at least one compensating unit is disposed at least for the most part in the at least one transmission housing or between the at least one transmission housing and the at least one motor housing.
