Power tool
A power tool comprises a housing and an inner assembly mounted at least partially within the housing and configured to move between a first position and a second position with respect to the housing. The inner assembly comprises a motor assembly. The power tool also comprises a mounting frame for guiding the inner assembly between the first position and the second position and having a cable guide for guiding at least part of a cable connected between the motor assembly and a component fixed relative to the housing.
ROTATING HANDLE AND RELATED METHODS
Rotatable handles and related methods are disclosed herein. In one form, the handle has a first clamp member, a second clamp member connected to the first clamp member on one end and mating with the first clamp member at another end, and an actuator operable to drive the mated ends of the first clamp member and second clamp member together to create a clamping force between the first clamp member and the second clamp member and secure the rotatable handle into a fixed position with respect to an object to which the rotatable handle is connected. Various methods are also disclosed herein with respect to the rotatable handle.
Power tool
A power tool including a primary housing and a motor assembly connectable to a cutting tool. The motor assembly is configured to drive the cutting tool. A secondary housing is mounted within the primary housing. At least one first dampening system is coupled between the primary housing and the motor assembly. At least one second dampening system is coupled between the primary housing and the secondary housing. The at least one first dampening system and the at least one second dampening system are configured to reduce vibrations in the secondary housing generated by the motor assembly.
