Machine tool

A machine tool is disclosed. The machine tool has a tool receptacle for receiving a tool on a working axis, a housing, and a striking mechanism. An impact stop is provided for a beater or an intermediate beater. An impact absorber has two polymer-based absorber rings that are offset axially to one another and are disposed so that they overlap radially and has two iron-based disks disposed axially between the absorber rings.

IMPACT TOOL

A hammer drill has a body housing having a motor housing and a gear housing formed in one piece. An electric motor is fixed to the motor housing. A motion converting mechanism, a striking mechanism and a tool holder which form a striking mechanism part are housed in the gear housing so as to be movable with respect to the gear housing. During hammering operation, the striking mechanism part moves with respect to the gear housing under a biasing force of a coil spring, so that vibration caused by the hammering operation is reduced.

HAMMER ASSEMBLY FOR A POWER TOOL
20250073881 · 2025-03-06 ·

A hammer assembly for a power tool. The hammer assembly provides a first, proximal engagement portion couplable directly to a backside of the power. A second, distal engagement portion is directly connected to the first engagement portion. A head portion is directly connected to the second engagement portion. The second engagement portion provides one or more chambers, each chamber housing a spring for storing energy imparted by compressive forces against the head portion. Each spring directly interconnecting the first and second engagement portions through an open side of the chamber facing the first engagement portion. There is a gap between the first and second engagement portions, between their respective distal and proximal surface, which is spanned by the spring, enabling the latter to deflect before said surfaces contact under compressive loading.

SEAL PLACEMENT DEVICE

A device (100) for placing a seal (J) on a mounting (S) including a vibration generator (10), that includes: a main body (11); a distal portion (12), movable relative to the main body, onto which a cap (13) having a contact surface (13a) for engaging with the seal is attached; and drive elements (14), configured to drive the distal portion in reciprocal translation relative to the main body, such as to place the seal on the mounting when the contact surface (13a) of the cap (13) engages with the seal (J) that is placed on the mounting (S). The device includes: a grasping handle (20), connected to the main body; and resilient connection elements (30a, 30b) that are located between the main body and the grasping handle and are configured such as to limit the propagation, in the grasping handle, of the vibrations generated by the reciprocal translation movement.

Power tool having a hammer mechanism
