CHISEL

A chisel includes a body formed of a first material and including a first end having a shank and a second end. The second end includes a first planar side that defines a first plane, a second planar side that defines a second plane, a third side, and a fourth side. The body includes a channel formed in an edge of the second end between the first planar side and the second planar side and extends from the third side to the fourth side. The body includes a longitudinal axis extending through the first and second ends. The chisel includes a head formed of a second material that is harder than the first material. The head is received in the channel and positioned between the first and second planes. The head extends continuously between the third side and the fourth side to define a working surface of the chisel.

An impact hand tool which includes an outer sleeve; an impact rod inserted to connect to the outer sleeve; a cushion pad provided inside the outer sleeve at the vertical center axis; a handle connected to the impact rod; an inner hole slot at a second end of the outer sleeve with an inner wall and an internal thread; and a tool head installed to the outer sleeve through the inner hole slot. The tool head comprises a one-piece structure of a working rod portion and a working head, a connecting rod having an external thread for coupling with the inner hole slot, a connecting sleeve connected to the connecting rod to form an integral and stepped hollow body defining a connecting cavity to receive the working rod portion, and a rubber filler to fill a gap between the working rod portion and the inner wall of the connecting rod.

Multi-Stroke Powered Safety Hammer System With Powered Staple Tool

A powered tool includes a body, a cylinder, an impact piston reciprocating within the cylinder, and a mount to secure an attachment. The attachment includes a shank and a head sleeve fit over the shank and extending beyond its front end. The head sleeve includes a nozzle at its front end having a slot terminating at a muzzle. An internal hold in the head sleeve is in open communication with the slot. The front end of the shank is disposed within the internal hold and reciprocates therein. A rod is carried within the head sleeve for reciprocal movement in response to reciprocation of the shank with respect to the head sleeve. The rod includes a tongue extending from the internal hold into the slot of the nozzle. The tongue terminates inside the slot for reciprocal movement within the slot in response to reciprocal movement of the shank.

Hammer with lightweight handle

A hammer has a head connected to a lightweight handle with a center of gravity that is proximate to the head of the hammer and separated from the base of the handle by 85%-95% of the total hammer length, measured from the base of the handle to the top side of the head. The handle weight is between 10%-20%. Accordingly, the lighter handle allows the center of gravity of the hammer to be within 85%-95% of the total hammer length from the base of the handle while maintaining a comfortable head weight between 14 oz. and 25 oz. The hammer also has inflection point proximate to the base of the handle providing multiple gripping sections to allow a user to grip the handle in different locations and at different gripping angles that move relative to the longitudinal axis of the hammer.

Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a hammer. The hammer comprises a head. The hammer further comprises a head cap. The head cap is releasably coupled the head via a threaded fastener. The hammer comprises a claw. The claw comprises two forks. At least one of the two forks defines a serrated edge. The serrated edge is constructed to grip a slick surface when pulling a nail with the claw from the slick surface.

Power tool

A power tool including a housing, a motor, an output shaft, a cartridge, a connecting shaft, a restrictor, and a slider. The connecting shaft is configured to move between a working status in which the connecting shaft is coupled with a first tool bit in a first tool chamber which the connecting shaft passing through, and a release status in which the connecting shaft is separated from the first tool chamber. The restrictor is configured to move between a first position and a second position. The slider is configured to move along an axial direction to cause the restrictor to be moved from the first position to the second position.

DRILL BIT FOR PERCUSSION DRILLING OR IMPACT DRILLING USE FOR CUTTING REINFORCING STEEL IN CONCRETE
20240149421 · 2024-05-09 ·

The invention concerns a drill bit for percussion drilling or impact drilling use for cutting reinforcing steel in concrete, wherein the drill bit has a substantially hollow-cylindrical carrier body extending along a geometric drill bit axis, wherein the carrier body has at least one chisel tooth with a substantially radially extending first chisel edge. It is proposed that the first chisel edge is arranged in a middle portion of the chisel tooth, in particular precisely centrally, in the circumferential direction, and the chisel tooth has a second chisel edge extending substantially tangentially to the circumferential direction of the drill bit.
