Accessory storage location for power tool
A power tool including a housing. The housing supports a motor operably coupled to an output shaft. The housing includes a handle and a battery receptacle. The handle supports an actuator. The battery receptacle is disposed adjacent to the handle and is configured to receive a battery pack. The handle defines a storage space configured to support a tool accessory. The storage space is enclosed by the battery pack when the battery pack is coupled to the battery receptacle.
Cage Assembly and Electrically Powered Tool Having Cage
An electrically powered tool includes a cage assembly that has a cage, driving component, executing component, and cylindrical housing. The cage includes a base, a rear cage extending rearwards from the base, and a front cage extending forwards from the base. The driving component is positioned on the rear cage. The executing component is positioned on the front cage, and includes an output shaft extending forwards. The driving and executing components are positioned on the cage so as to form the cage assembly. The cage assembly is received in the cylindrical housing, and is configured to be mounted in the cylindrical housing in a modular fashion. Prior to insertion in the housing, the driving and executing components are jointly mounted into the cage to form the cage assembly so as to reduce structural redundancy via fixing and fitting, such that an overall body of the assembly smaller and more compact.
Rotary tool
A rotary tool assembly includes a main body, a motor disposed in the main body, and a power source coupled to the main body. The power source being configured to provide electrical power to the motor. A rotary tool attached to the main body. The rotary tool configured to be actuated by the motor. A first bit storage area disposed on the main body. The first bit storage area being configured to receive a first bit. A second bit storage area disposed on the main body. The second bit storage area being configured to receive a second bit.
STORAGE STRUCTURE FOR FLUID PUMPING DEVICE
A storage structure for fluid pumping device adapted for disposing on a fluid pumping device comprises: a ring body, sleeved onto the fluid pumping device; a plurality of storage portions, arranged around the ring body, each of the storage portions being adapted for a workpiece to removably connected.
Flush position indicator for fastener installation tool for roof truss framing and construction system
An installation tool for fastening a top plate to a roof support member and other structural connections is adapted to drive threaded fasteners at a pre-established angle. The tool preferably includes a rotary driver assembly and a telescopic tube assembly. A guide head assembly is mounted adjacent the outer end of the telescopic tube assembly. Locating or reference structures function to properly precisely set the drive angle of the fastener. Various indicators mounted to the guide head indicate the flush position of a locating surface or reference structure. The flush indicators may employ a projection, a flag, an LED or an audio module.
Power tool
A power tool including a housing, a motor, an output shaft, a cartridge, a connecting shaft, a restrictor, and a slider. The connecting shaft is configured to move between a working status in which the connecting shaft is coupled with a first tool bit in a first tool chamber which the connecting shaft passing through, and a release status in which the connecting shaft is separated from the first tool chamber. The restrictor is configured to move between a first position and a second position. The slider is configured to move along an axial direction to cause the restrictor to be moved from the first position to the second position.
Hand-Held Electric Polishing of Sanding Power Tool
A hand-held electric power tool comprising an elongated tool housing, that supports an electric motor, and a moveable backing plate protruding externally from the tool housing. The electric motor actuates the backing plate, and the backing plate performs a rotational, random-orbital, orbital or gear-driven working movement in its plane of extension. A bottom surface of the backing plate detachably holds a polishing or sanding member. The tool housing has a rear part formed to be gripped by a hand of a user of the power tool thereby holding the power tool during its intended use and a tubular front part from which the backing plate protrudes, the front part having a smaller diameter than the rear part and being attached to the rear part. At least part of the electric motor may be accommodated in the tubular front part of the tool housing.
Lanyard system
Described herein is a novel lanyard system for removable pieces connected to and detached from a piece receiver of a power tool. The system includes one or more lanyard assemblies, each with a two ended strap and a retraction system fixed to the tool all in a storage region outside of the tool. In particular, one end of the strap is connected to the piece and the other strap end is connected to one end of the retraction system. The other end of the retraction system is connected to the outside of the tool. The strap is of sufficient length for the retraction system to retract a piece to the storage region outside the tool after disconnection from the piece receiver. It is contemplated that the retraction system includes at least one spring assembly to cause the lanyard system to remain under tension while the piece is mounted in a piece receiver, thereby preventing or at least reducing the strap from interfering with the task at hand, the piece, the piece receiver or tool itself. The retraction system has sufficient tensional force to cause the retraction of a piece to the storage region once released from the work region of the tool.
Hand-Held Machine Tool Comprising a Spacer Element
The disclosure relates to a hand-held machine tool comprising a tool receptacle and a housing, in which a drive motor having a motor shaft and a transmission are arranged. The transmission is arranged in a transmission housing, and wherein a spacer element is arranged between the transmission and the drive motor, which spacer element comprises a disc-shaped base body on which a tubular mounting portion is formed for mounting on the motor shaft, said spacer element forming a seal, in particular a labyrinth seal.
DUST COLLECTOR AND POWER TOOL
A dust collector includes body, a dust-storing part, a sliding part, a dust-transfer passage, and a biasing member. The sliding part is held by the body to be slidable in a specified axial direction and has a suction port. The dust-transfer passage connects the suction port and the dust-storing part. The biasing member biases the sliding part in a first direction of the axial direction. The sliding part is configured to be normally held in an initial position in which the sliding part protrudes from the body by a specified length in the first direction, and to be moved in a second direction opposite to the first direction against the biasing force when pressed in the second direction. The dust collector includes a cushioning member configured to be interposed between the body and the sliding part in the axial direction when the sliding part is placed in the initial position.
