INSULATED SCREWDRIVER
The present disclosure provides an insulated screwdriver. The insulated screwdriver includes: an insulator, a first metal sleeve, a second metal sleeve, an insulated sleeve, and a handle. The insulator has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The first metal sleeve is disposed on the first connecting portion of the insulator. The second metal sleeve is disposed on the second connecting portion of the insulator, and the second metal sleeve and the first metal sleeve are insulated. The insulated sleeve covers the insulator, the first metal sleeve, and the second metal sleeve. The handle has an accommodating hole for accommodating the insulated sleeve. According to the insulated screwdriver of the present invention, because the first metal sleeve and the second metal sleeve are insulated, there is no electric shock danger for a user, and safety in use of the insulated screwdriver of the present invention may be improved.
Pipe Wrench
A pipe wrench with an extendible handle is provided. The extendible handle may include a web and a flange to reduce bending stress. The pipe wrench may include a locking button that slides within a channel of the web to lock the extension handle at predetermined extended or retracted lengths. The locking button selectively enables the extension or retraction of the extension handle relative to the first handle of the pipe wrench. The locking button is biased by a spring and coupled to the extension handle with an e-clip. The body, the first handle, and/or the extension handle can include composite materials. In some embodiments, carbon fiber reinforced plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastics, and/or other reinforced polymers are used to form one or more features of the pipe wrench.
Tool for enhancing torque application to rotating tools
An extension bar apparatus and methods are usable for enhancing or applying increased torque to mechanical tools, such as wrenches and ratchets, to reduce or minimize the force applied by a user to the mechanical tool for producing work. The extension bar apparatus comprises a metallic tube with a hollow on one end for receiving a mechanical tool handle, which then engages with a plurality of bracing dogs that are each perpendicular to the other and affixed to the mechanical tool through multiple threaded members, some of which extend through the inner surface to the outer surface, and wherein the application of a rotational force to the extension bar apparatus applies torque to the mechanical tool.
Bolt Cutter
A cutter including a cutting head and an adjustable handle pivotally coupled to the cutting head. The adjustable handle includes a first adjustment assembly to change a length the adjustable handle extends from the cutting head. The adjustable handle also includes a second adjustment assembly to change the position of the adjustable handle with respect to the cutting head.
Multi-functional wrench
A multi-functional wrench having an adjustable construction that allows the nut or bolt engaging surfaces of the wrench to be located at different angles or positions relative to a handle in order to allow the wrench to be used in otherwise difficult to reach areas. The wrench optionally includes a secondary handle removably connected to a preferably arcuate, multi-functional wrench body that is, in turn, removably connectable to a desired wrench head which includes a work-engaging fitting. The multi-functional wrench has a body that is archial or curved in shape and includes at least one drive post or ratchet and a plurality of sockets that are useful for many applications. The wrench is particularly useful to manipulate the body of straight stop and angle stop compression valves connectable to plumbing under sinks, behind toilets and inside cabinets, as well as nuts and bolts.
Game Camera Mounting System
A camera mounting system includes a mount and a mounting bracket removably coupled to the mount. The mount includes a plate and a screw extending rearward of the plate. The mounting bracket includes a tab and a base pivotably coupled to the tab. A camera may be mounted to the mounting bracket. In addition, a tool having a bit and configured to to interfit with a head of the screw to secure may be used to secure the mount to a tree-like object. The tool is further configured to interfit with an orifice formed in the mounting bracket and allow a user to lift the mounting bracket and removably couple the mounting bracket to the mount.
TOOL HANDLE EXTENDERS
An extension for a tool handle is described that may be used to provide additional torque when turning or unloosening an object. The device accommodates several types of ratchets, wrenches, or other hand tool handles and may be used alone or in combination with other torque enhancing tools.
Wrench Extension Assembly
A wrench extension assembly for increasing an effective length of a wrench includes a sleeve that has a slot extending through an outer wall of the sleeve such that a wrench is insertable into the sleeve. The slot accommodates a head of the wrench to increase leverage a user can apply to the wrench. The slot has an entry portion curving into a straightened portion. A channel is integrated into an interior of the sleeve thereby facilitating the channel to insertably receive the head of the wrench. Furthermore, the channel inhibits the head from tipping in the sleeve thereby inhibiting the wrench from tipping in the sleeve when the user is employing the wrench to loosen or tighten a fastener.
Wrench Extension Apparatus
A wrench extension apparatus for extending an effective length of a wrench to provide greater leverage when operating the wrench includes an elongated member with a channel therein for holding the wrench. The wrench is insertable by inserting a central portion of the wrench into a side opening of the elongated member and twisting the wrench into an operation position. The insertion of the wrench may be performed in two discrete steps rather than by simultaneously inserting and twisting the wrench into the operation position.
