Slide Handle
20190321962 · 2019-10-24 ·

The present disclosure provides a slide handle which has a first hole penetrating a top portion of a main body of the slide handle. A lever passes slidably through the first hole. A fixation mechanism includes at least one fixing groove which is formed on a surrounding surface of the lever and a second hole which penetrates the top portion of the main body. The central axes of the second hole and the first hole are skew lines. The second hole intersects the first hole partially, and a wall of the second hole is connected to a wall of the first hole. Furthermore, the fixation mechanism has a resilient member and a fixing member which are located in the second hole. The fixing member can partially protrude into the first hole. The fixing member can be pushed to move axially in the second hole to engage or disengage the fixing groove on the lever. Therefore, the position of the main body relative to the lever is adjustable, and both the volume of the main body and the manufacturing costs of the slide handle can be reduced.

Ratcheting Wrenches, Wrench Systems, Sockets, And Methods Of Use
20190321946 · 2019-10-24 ·

Various wrenches, wrench systems, and methods of the present invention include inner and outer mouths that provide increased strength and utility. The inner mouth may be configured with an open or a closed end to receive removable open or closed end gears and perform ratcheting action when the gear seated in the inner mouth and engaged and a rotational force is applied to the gear via the wrench. The outer mouth may prevent the gear from disengaging from the inner mouth when the inner mouth is installed in the outer mouth and provide structural strength to the inner mouth when force is applied to the gear via the wrench. Various embodiments include a handle and a head, where the head includes a fixed jaw and a movable jaw, or belt, forming a mouth configured to receive removable open or closed end gears and perform ratcheting action when a fitting is engaged by the gear positioned in the mouth and rotational force is applied to the fitting via the gear and the wrench. The present invention may include two or more stackable sockets to vary the effective length of the socket.

Handheld tool, method for adjusting shape of handle body and apparatus using the same

The present disclosure relates to a handheld tool, a method of adjusting a shape of a handle body and an apparatus using the same. The handheld tool includes a tool head; a handle body connected to the tool head; a ranger configured to scan and measure a radius of rotation of the handle body, wherein the radius of rotation of the handle body indicates a minimum value of a maximum unobstructed length of the handle body in each radial direction of a rotation direction; and a controller connected to the handle body and the ranger and configured to: detect an operation instruction with regard to the tool, and in response to the operation instruction, control the ranger to measure the radius of rotation of the handle body and adjust a shape of the handle body based on the measured radius of rotation.

Bolt Cutter

A cutter comprises one or more blades, a hinge coupled to the blades, and one or more adjustable handles pivotally coupled to the hinge. When being adjusted, the one or more adjustable handles permit adjusting their positions with respect to the opposing handle without concurrently actuating the blades.

Flat multiple tool
10421181 · 2019-09-24 ·

A multiple tool includes a flat assembly having at least a first flat handle portion and a second flat handle portion and at least one removable tool bit. The first and second flat handle portions both present first corresponding engageable features which are able to be interconnected at least indirectly in a flat relationship to at least partially assemble the flat assembly. The first engageable features may also be disconnected so that the first and second flat handle portions are able to be separated. The separated first and second flat handle portions each present second corresponding connectable features which are able to be interconnected with each other in order to assemble a non-flat handle assembly. The non-flat handle assembly also presents at least one tool bit recess which is suitable for receiving the at least one tool bit thereby providing a tool which includes a handle and a tool bit.

TOOL HANDLE WITH HANDLE THAT IS ROTATABLE
20240165785 · 2024-05-23 ·

A tool handle with a handle that is rotatable includes a tool head, a tool bar, and the handle. The handle is rotatably connected to a first end of the tool bar. The tool head is rotatably connected to a second end of the tool bar. Through rotations of the tool head and the handle, the tool handle has five states. In a first state, the tool handle is in a Z-shaped structure. In second state and fourth states, the tool handle is in an L-shaped structure. In a third state, the tool handle is in an I-shaped structure. In a fifth state, the tool handle is in a U-shaped structure. When the tool handle is in the second state or the fourth state, the handle cooperates with the tool bar to form an extended moment arm, and switch the tool handle between the second and fourth states.

Tool with pivoting portion and locking mechanism

A tool with a pivoting head is shown. The tool includes a locking mechanism that allows the angular position of the head to be locked securely in place once selected by a user. The locking mechanism may be used with a variety of tools, such as ratchet wrenches, that allow for repositioning of the head relative to the handle of the tool.

HAND TOOL WITH ANGLE ADJUSTING MECHANISM
