Fittings, Components, and Associated Tools
Described are fittings, components, and associated tools for use in coupling pipe or tubing. The described fittings generally include a unitary body having an outer surface and an inner lumen forming a void within said unitary body. The lumen is configured to receive threads for mating with the threads of a female sub end of a pipe or tube. The outer surface includes at least one aperture for receiving a tool that can be inserted within said aperture so as to rotate the fitting about an axis that extends through the lumen of the unitary body. The at least one apertures provide a safe and convenient way to tighten and loosen the fitting during the process of coupling pipe or tubing.
Dual purpose flip-out and T handle
A dual purpose flip-out and T handle ratchet is able to be used in an L or modified L-handle orientation as well as a T handle orientation. The dual purpose flip-out and T handle includes a handle portion and a ratchet head and neck portion. The handle portion is coupled to the neck portion at a lockable hinge. The hinge allows the head and neck portion to rotate to an L or modified L-handle orientation or to a T handle orientation. When properly oriented the tool is able to be used to tighten or loosen objects such as screws or bolts.
Wrench tool and manufacturing method thereof
A wrench tool comprises a tool rod and an operating rod. The tool rod is 7-shaped, and comprises a tool head part and a connecting rod part. The connecting rod part is provided with a hinge portion. The hinge portion is provided with a first hinge hole. One end of the operating rod is provided with a tool seat capable of accommodating the hinge portion. The tool seat is provided with a second hinge hole. The tool seat and the hinge portion are hinged together by a pin running through the first hinge hole and the second hinge hole. The wrench tool is simple in structure and flexible in use. Flattening and curling measures are applied to the tool rod, so as to reduce the weight of the tool rod and improve the strength of the tool rod.
RATCHET WRENCH
The ratchet wrench comprises a functional head (1) and a handle (2) hingedly connected to each other, a ratchet toothed wheel (4) rigidly attached to the functional head (1), a movable ratchet pawl (5) installed on the handle (2), a working spring (6) that biases the ratchet pawl (5) against the ratchet wheel (4), a movable releasing member (7) installed on the handle (2) and manually operable to move the ratchet pawl (5) to a position out of engagement with the ratchet wheel (4), and a movable locking element (69) installed on the handle (2) and manually operable between a rest position, in which it does not interfere with the ratchet pawl (5), and a locking position, in which it comes into contact with the ratchet pawl (5) holding it in said engaged position with the ratchet wheel (4).
HAND TOOL
A hand tool includes a handle, a driving head and a stopping member. The driving head is pivotally connected to one end of the handle. The stopping member is disposed on the end of the handle. The handle includes a stepping structure located on the end of the handle. The driving head includes a positioning portion located on one end of the driving head facing towards the handle. The stopping member includes a stopping structure, wherein when the stopping member is pushed by the stepping structure towards the driving head, the stopping structure is positioned on the positioning portion so as to position the driving head and the handle with a preset angle.
TOOL HANDLE FOR HOLDING MULTIPLE TOOLS OF DIFFERENT SIZES DURING USE
A circular, cylindrically shaped tool handle holds multiple sizes of tools. The handle includes one or more holding slots each positioned on the outer surface into which tools are inserted and held. Each holding slot includes one or more contoured compartments in which tools rest when engaged with the handle. Each contoured compartment is of a size and dimension which corresponds to one or more tool sizes. Each contoured compartment is formed about a corresponding receiving hole. A lock is positioned over the contoured compartment to irremovably confine the short leg of the hexagonal wrench within the contoured compartment. Hexagonal shaped tools other than wrenches are able to be used with the handle of the present invention such as screwdrivers and socket wrenches. A tool container stores the tools and the tool handle.
Retractable pliers
The present invention discloses a pair of retractable pliers, comprising a jaw body which comprises a first and a second jaw part that are articulated together via an articulated shaft, and a handle body which comprises a first and a second internal housing. The first and the second jaw part each have a pliers head and a connection part, and the connection parts of the first and the second jaw part are slidably connected to the first and the second internal housing respectively. The pair of retractable pliers also comprises a locking structure which is arranged on the connection parts of the first and the second jaw part and which is capable of fixing the connection parts of the first and the second jaw part together. Once the locking structure is open, the pliers heads can open automatically for convenience of use.
Clench Wrench
A clench wrench includes a structure defining a handle and an engaging head. The engaging head has a front side and a back side and includes an engaging space extending through the front and back sides. The engaging space defines an opening on both the front and back sides. A clenching device is mounted on the engaging head and includes a clenching member. The clenching member includes a clenching portion and is operable in a first mode in which the clenching portion is located at a first position capable of clenching the object engaged with the engaging head, and in a second mode in which the clenching portion is disposed away from the engaging space and is located at a second position capable of letting the object engaged with the engaging head disengage therefrom.
Basin wrench
A basin wrench is described having a telescoping assembly, pivotal jaws, a light, and a removable T-bar assembly. The wrench includes a polymeric housing having a contoured gripping region. The T-bar assembly includes a pivotally mounted hub and bar slidably retained within the hub. The T-bar assembly can be placed in a stowed position in which the bar is positioned alongside the housing. The wrench also includes magnetic retaining provisions to retain the T-bar assembly in its stowed position.
Pocket Hand Tool
A pocket hand tool having an elongate handle portion and a tool carrier plate rotatably mounted on the exterior of the elongate handle portion, the tool carrier plate having a peripheral array of tool heads, the tool carrier plate having a first rotary position in which the tool heads are in a stowed configuration and having one or more further rotary positions in which one or more of said tool heads are in a deployed configuration, said tool carrier plate having an exposed major surface portion which in use is capable of being manipulated by the thumb of the hand holding the elongate handle portion.
