DUAL-HEAD TOOL SYSTEM WITH ROTATABLE HANDLE
A dual headed tool having a rotatable arm has a shank with a tool head at each end. The shank slides through a rotatable hub positioned at the distal ends of the tools handle. One half of the shank is inserted into a longitudinal bore extending through the handle while the other half of the shank extends outward so that the tool head at its end may be used. The shank may be slid out of the bore within the handle and rotated to alternate which end of the shank is used. The tour may also be configured without the shank extending into the longitudinal bore in the handle, such that the handle extends away from the shank at an angle between 0 and 180.
TWO JAW ADJUSTABLE AND EXTENDABLE WRENCH
A two-jaw adjustable wrench wherein both jaws are movable simultaneously toward or apart from each other.
SLIDE TOOL
A slide tool is provided, including a rod member, a sleeve member, a driving member, a restricting member and a control assembly. The sleeve member has a chamber, the chamber defines an axial direction, the sleeve member is sleeved on the rod member and slidable randomly relative to the rod member, and an interior circumferential wall of the chamber has an annular toothed portion. The driving member is disposed to the sleeve member and rotatable about the axial direction, the driving member includes an abutting portion and a driving portion which are connected to each other, and the abutting portion is located between the rod member and the driving portion. A side of the restricting member has an engaging toothed portion, and the engaging toothed portion is meshed with the annular toothed portion.
Multi-Tool Assembly
A multi-tool assembly includes a grip and a receiver that is extendable through the grip. The receiver has a first half pivotally coupled to a second half thereby facilitating the receiver to be bent into a plurality of angles. A plurality of bits is provided and each of the bits is insertable into a respective one of the first wells or the second wells for storage. Each of the bits is positionable into the receiver to tighten or loosen a fastener. A ratchet is integrated into the grip and the ratchet engages the receiver when the receiver is extended through the grip. The ratchet facilitates the grip to ratchet around the receiver in either a first direction or a second direction. In this way the grip can be rotated back and forth around the receiver for tightening or loosening the fastener.
HAND TOOL AND GRIPPING SLEEVE THEREOF
A gripping sleeve is provided, including: a first sleeve, being substantially tubular and having at least one through hole; at least one restricting member, received in the through hole; a second sleeve, sleeved on the first sleeve and being movable relative to the first sleeve, the restricting member being abutted by the second sleeve and being controllably engaged within an annular groove of a body portion of a main body; an elastic member, disposed around the first sleeve and abutting against the first and second sleeves; a restricting mechanism, arranged on at least one of the first and second sleeves and located between the first sleeve and an outer circumferential face of the second sleeve. A hand tool is further provided, including the main body and the gripping sleeve.
Hand tool with adjustable fastening head and variable output torque
A hand tool for fastening a fastener, such as a screw. The hand tool comprises a handle and a rotatable fastening head connected to a first end of the handle, and engaged with a manually driven actuator. The hand tool further comprises a fixed fastening head connected to a second end of the handle, which is configured to apply a configurable fastening torque to the fastener The fixed fastening head is selectively pivotable with respect to the handle about an axis parallel to the center axis of the fixed fastening head.
GRIP DEVICE FOR HEXAGONAL WRENCHES
A grip device for hexagonal wrenches includes a body, a rotary member, a resilient member and a fastening member. The body includes an engaging portion which includes multiple recesses, multiple first slots and an axle. The rotary member is rotatably and movably mounted to the axle. The rotary member includes a first room defined in the inner periphery of the passage through which the axle extends. A first shoulder is formed between the first room and the passage. The resilient member is mounted to the axle and the fastening member is connected to the axle. An L-shaped tool has the first section thereof received in one of the recesses and the first slot of the recess. When the rotary member is moved toward the engaging portion, the first section is inserted into the first slot. The L-shaped tool is restricted by the rotary member and used as a T-bar tool.
Tilt compensated torque-angle wrench
A method of determining an actual amount of torque and/or angle applied to a work piece by a tool. In an embodiment, the method includes determining a rotational angle, a tilt of the tool, and a measured torque of the tool. The actual amount of torque or angle applied to the work piece is then determined based on the rotational angle, the tilt, and the measured torque.
Insulated Reversible Screwdriver
A screwdriver device including a handle having an elongate channel extending partially therethrough of the handle and an axial blade member having a first distal end and a second distal end being configured and disposed for sliding through the elongate channel of the handle and a locking mechanism configured and disposed for releasably locking the axial blade member at a first operable position relative to the handle wherein the first distal end is exposed and the second distal end is disposed within the handle. The screwdriver device further includes a first tool head disposed on the first distal end of the blade member and a second tool head disposed on the second distal end of the blade member and an ejection mechanism configured and disposed within the handle to constantly urge the axial blade member out of the locking mechanism from the first operable position to a second inoperable position.
Wrench with quickly angularly adjustable handle
A wrench with quickly angularly adjustable handle includes a head section and a handle. The head section and the handle are pivotally connected with each other via a first and a second pivoted ends, whereby the handle can be up and down swung relative to the head section. The first and second pivoted ends respectively have a first and a second end faces facing each other. The first end face is formed with an upper and a lower contact sections. The second end face is formed with an upper and a lower abutment sections. The lower abutment section abuts against the lower contact section as a lower dead end of angular displacement of the handle. The upper abutment section abuts against the upper contact section as an upper dead end of angular displacement of the handle.
