Dent repair system
A dent repair system may have a gear with a body that has first and second end surfaces on opposite sides of a cylindrical shaped portion. A retention ring can continuously extend around the periphery of the cylindrical shaped portion between the first and second end surfaces with the retention ring having a sidewall that continuously extends from the cylindrical shaped portion in a radial direction with respect to the body. A tool may continuously extend from the body via a shaft.
HAMMERLESS PIPE UNION
A device for forming a union of pipe ends includes two pipe connectors, each configured for attachment to an end of a length of pipe at one end and for joining to the other of the two connectors at the other end and a nut having a bore with internal threads configured to mate with outer threads on the outer surface of one or both of the two pipe connectors. The outer lateral surface of the nut includes a plurality of handle connection structures. The device includes a handle for increasing the amount of manually-generated torque on the nut during tightening or loosening of the nut with respect to the outer threads. The handle has a nut attachment end configured to engage the handle connection structures, and is provided with a mechanism for reversibly locking the handle to any of the plurality of handle connection structures of the nut.
SCREWDRIVER TOOL WITH IDENTIFICATION STRUCTURE
A screwdriver tool with an identification structure includes: a screwdriver rod, a screwdriver head adapted to insert in and turn a screw being configured on one end thereof, a grip, configured on one end of the screwdriver rod far away from the screwdriver head; and an identification portion, configured on one end of the grip far away from the screwdriver rod, and being a three-dimensional convex-shaped body and corresponding to a shape of the screwdriver head. Whereby, a user may watch the three-dimensional convex shape of the identification portion directly to identify easily and quickly the shape of the screwdriver head.
SCREWDRIVER WITH ROTATING LEVER
A screwdriver with rotating lever according to this invention includes a screwdriver head. The screwdriver head includes a rod, an operation portion formed at a first end of the rod, and a fixing portion formed at a second end of the rod. The rod is a polygonal prism and extends spirally from the operation portion to the fixing portion to form a spiral curved surface. With the rod formed with the spiral curved surface, when the screwdriver with rotating lever operates, the rod is of higher strength and may bear stronger torsion stress for increasing the service life of the screwdriver.
Tool and coating method thereof
A tool and a coating method thereof are provided. The tool includes: a main body including connected head and grip portions, an end of the grip portion being a tail portion; a first coating layer coated on the main body; a second coating layer, coated on the first coating layer continuously corresponding to the grip portion and protrudingly formed with a pattern portion, formed with a first flange formed radially corresponding to the tail portion; a third coating layer, at least coated on the second coating layer, the pattern portion being at least partially exposed. The coating method includes the following steps of: manufacturing a main body into a first product having the first coating layer; manufacturing the first product into a second product having the second coating layer; and manufacturing the second product into a tool having the third coating layer.
Open End Wrench Attachment Device
An only open end wrench attachment device incorporates a pommel to prevent slippage of the user's hands, a griping section with a plurality of grooves, a cylindrical length hilt section between the gripping area and the attachment apex to provide various lengths and an attachment apex that provides both parallel and angle attachment for an open end wrench, thereby providing a tool which is solid with no moving parts and is designed to be easily scaled from 9 inches long to 6 feet in length to accommodate wrenches both metric and standard from inch to 5 inch.
Precision handle for hand tools
A precision handle for hand tools has a body, an elastic element, a sheath, a pressing element, and a group of balls. The mounting protrusion protrudes axially from a rear end of the body. The elastic element is mounted in the body. The sheath is mounted around the mounting protrusion. The pressing element is mounted through and engages with the sheath. The group of balls includes a first ball and a second ball. The first ball is mounted in the mounting protrusion and abuts the elastic element. The second ball is mounted between the pressing element and the first ball. The first ball abuts against the second ball at one point of contact when the pressing element is pressed, thereby decreasing the friction between the body and the sheath. Accordingly, the precision handle for hand tools can be operated smoothly and efficiently.
Pool pump-trap wrench systems
A pool pump-trap wrench system including a pool pump-trap wrench assembly. The pool pump-trap wrench assembly including, a handle-frame, a top-unit, and two offset-lower-levers. The handle-frame, the a top-unit, and the two offset-lower-levers are structured and arranged in combination to provide a user with a device useful for affixing to a wide variety of pool pump-trap covers for cleaning and maintaining a the pool pump-trap. The handle-frame includes a handle and a frame. The frame includes a frame-opening, at least one frontward-notch, and at least one rearward-notch. Included is the top unit including a front-member, a rear-member, and a center-section; with the center-section including a body and a body-opening. The handle-frame includes the handle; the frame includes the frame-opening, the at least one frontward-notch, and the at least one rearward-notch; where the top-unit includes the front-member, the rear-member.
Coating structure for forming a tool
A coating structure for forming a tool comprises a tool body and an outer coating layer. The tool body includes at least one base plate, an upper limiting plate, a lower limiting plate, a ratchet driving member, a stirring member, and at least one pin. The base plate has a handle portion and a driving portion which is connected with one end of the handle portion. An accommodating groove is arranged at the driving portion and received the ratchet driving member and the stirring member. The upper and lower limiting plates are stacked on the upper and lower surfaces of the driving portion respectively. The outer coating layer is covered the outer surfaces of the upper and lower limiting surfaces and the base plate for fastened so as to prevent the outer coating layer from sliding while in operation. The operating quality is efficiently increased and the cost is saved.
