MULTIPURPOSE HAND TOOLS AND TOOL HANDLES
The present invention relates to tools with wrenches and sockets recessed into the sides of the tool handles. The handles can be of any shape and applicable to any tool that uses a handle. Each side of a handle can contain a socket or wrench of different size so that one tool can include a complete set of sockets or wrenches.
Palm wrench
A palm wrench includes a C-shaped body and a driving head. The driving head is pivotably and rotatably located within the body. The body has an opening, and the driving head has two function ends on two sides thereof. The driving head is pivotably connected to the body by two pivots which extend through the body and are connected to the driving head. The driving head can be rotated with respect to the body, and the user can grapes the body to rotate the driving head to output torque.
MULTI-PURPOSE WRENCH TOOL
A multi-purpose wrench tool includes a main wrench shaft member having one or two screwdriver heads and having a bore formed in the main wrench shaft member, and a rough member formed in the bore of the main wrench shaft member, and an elongated leverage bar includes a rough element formed on one end portion of the elongated leverage bar for engaging into the bore of the main wrench shaft member and for frictionally engaging with the rough member of the main wrench shaft member and for driving the main wrench shaft member with the elongated leverage bar. The elongated leverage bar includes an outer diameter (d) no greater than an inner diameter (D) of the bore of the main wrench shaft member.
Rotary wrench
A rotary wrench includes a first wrench body, a second wrench body, and an elastic member. The first wrench body has a first grip whose one end has a pivot hole. The second wrench body has a second grip whose one end has a pivot axially extending outward. The pivot is rotatably received in the pivot hole of the first grip of the first wrench body, so that the first and second wrench bodies are allowed to rotate with respect to each other and provide adjustable working angles. The elastic member is mounted around the pivot of the second wrench body, and prop between the first grip of the first wrench body and the second grip of the second wrench body, for providing an elastic resistance that holds the first and second wrench bodies in position.
COATING STRUCTURE FOR FORMING A TOOL
A coating structure for forming a tool comprises a tool body and an outer coating layer. The tool body includes at least one base plate, an upper limiting plate, a lower limiting plate, a ratchet driving member, a stirring member, and at least one pin. The base plate has a handle portion and a driving portion which is connected with one end of the handle portion. An accommodating groove is arranged at the driving portion and received the ratchet driving member and the stirring member. The upper and lower limiting plates are stacked on the upper and lower surfaces of the driving portion respectively. The outer coating layer is covered the outer surfaces of the upper and lower limiting surfaces and the base plate for fastened so as to prevent the outer coating layer from sliding while in operation. The operating quality is efficiently increased and the cost is saved.
Handle
Handle consisting of a gripping knob internally provided with a housing cavity in a stable position of a pin, the pin consisting of at least a portion with a larger-diameter section and of a portion with a smaller diameter projecting therefrom. At the top end of the smaller-diameter portion, a retaining member is provided, having a larger diameter with respect to that of the smaller-diameter portion. An elastic bush is housed on the smaller-diameter portion for engagement with the inner surface of the knob. Between the retaining member and the elastic bush, a washer is arranged of a material aimed at minimizing friction.
FLOATING HAND TOOL WITH INTERCHANGEABLE HEADS
The floating hand tool is provided which includes a floating handle. The floating handle includes a handle portion, and a cap, configured to have highly visible contrasting colors. The cap is selectively coupled to the handle portion to form an airtight chamber. The floating hand tool also includes an elongated member having an anti-rotation means. The handle portion is coupled to the elongated member, the anti-rotation means preventing rotation of the elongated member relative to handle portion. The buoyancy of the airtight chamber of the floating handle in combination with the weight of the elongated member allows the floating hand tool to float in water at a vertical position with the cap fully visible above the water. The contrasting colors in combination with the buoyancy of the floating handle create a buoy effect for high visibility when the floating hand tool is placed or dropped in a body of water.
Tool with Ergonomic Handle
Various embodiments of a handle for tools, such as driving tools, such as screwdrivers, are provided. The embodiments shown and described herein include varying radii along the longitudinal axis of the handle, thereby facilitating the user interfacing with the handle, and thus also the tool, in different methods of use, such as quicker rotation, lower torque, and higher torque.
Hand tool having interchangeable grip
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to an interchangeable grip for a hand tool that facilitates a robust, serviceable connection between the interchangeable grip and a tool handle.
Wrench structure
A wrench structure includes a wrench body provided with a handle. The handle has a top and a bottom each provided with two first faces and two first recessed portions. The handle has a center provided with a projection having two second faces protruding from the first faces. The handle is provided with eight ribs. Each of the first recessed portions is defined between two of the ribs. The handle has two sides each provided with two first side faces. The projection has two second side faces protruding from the first side faces. A first guide angle is provided between each of the first side faces and one of the second side faces. The handle has a first end provided with a first rotation portion and a second end provided with a second rotation portion.
