Non-Deforming Structure of Wrench in Manufacturing Process
A non-deforming structure of a wrench contains: a handle and at least one driving head arranged on at least one end of the handle. The handle includes an elongated body having four corners, a first length, a handle width, a handle thickness, and four elongated recesses. The handle width is 1.4 time to 2.6 time more than the handle thickness. Each elongated recess has a second length, a largest width, and a largest depth. Each of the largest width and the largest depth of each elongated recess shrinks from an intermediate portion thereof to two ends of each of the largest width and the largest depth until connects with each corner. The second length takes up at least of the first length, the largest width takes up 2/9 to 4/9 of the handle width, and the largest depth takes up 2/9 to 4/9 of the handle thickness.
IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO DENTAL TREATMENT INSTRUMENTS
A dental instrument is configured to reduce user discomfort and increase control over the surgical edge of the instrument. The invention further discloses a dental instrument having a replaceable blade
UNIVERSAL BONE SCREW SCREWDRIVER
The instant invention is directed to a universal bone screw screwdriver and in particular to a universal screwdriver that permits the removal of screws from bone plates that are manufactured by different manufacturers having distinct characteristics. The universal bone screw screwdriver is adapted to removeably receive an elongated tool bit. The elongated tool bits correspond to the screw heads of different manufacturers and comprises a torque limiting and locking spring assembly to secure the elongated tool bit to the driver shaft and inhibit over-tightening of the bone screw into the bone or bone plate as the case may be.
HAND TOOL
Aspects of the present disclosure generally pertain to a hand tool that combines features of a ratchet and a wrench. Aspects of the present disclosure more specifically are directed toward a ratchet/wrench including at least one additional wrench or spanner integrated in its handle. The hand tool may preferably include wrench sizes most common to a particular task or line of work.
Universal bone screw screwdriver
The instant invention is directed to a universal bone screw screwdriver and in particular to a universal screwdriver that permits the removal of screws from bone plates that are manufactured by different manufacturers having distinct characteristics. The universal bone screw screwdriver is adapted to removably receive an elongated tool bit having a hollow center. The elongated tool bits correspond to the screw heads of different manufacturers and comprises a torque limiting and locking spring assembly to secure the elongated tool bit to the driver shaft and inhibit over-tightening of the bone screw into the bone or bone plate as the case may be.
GARDENING SHEAR
A gardening shear may comprise a main body and two grip bodies. The main body has a pair of blades, and each of the blades is connected to a handle at a rear end thereof. The two blades are pivotally connected to enable a user to operate the handles to cut plants through the blades. Each of the handles comprises a couple surface and a locating end, and the couple surface is shaped and formed ergonomically. Each of the couple surfaces is configured to receive and connect to the grip body, and the locating end located at a rear portion of the handle has at least a protruding edge thereon. When each of the grip bodies is connected to the couple surface of the handle, the protruding edge is configured to engage with and firmly secure the grip body on the handle.
Torque wrench provided with illumination structure and indicated graduations
A torque wrench provided with illumination structure and indicated graduations includes a tubular body bored with an insert hole and an illumination hole. The tubular body is provided therein with a graduated ring having its outer circumferential wall provided with a graduation marked portion, with an interval kept between the graduation marked portion and the inner tube wall of the tubular body. A lens is disposed at a location corresponding to the insert hole, and a light-emitting element is installed at a location corresponding to the illumination hole. Thus, light emitted by the light-emitting element will first illuminate the graduation marked portion and thereafter the reflected light of the graduation marked portion will pass through the insert hole and pass out the lens, enabling a user to clearly read the graduation marked portion.
WRENCH GUARD
A wrench guard includes a body portion defining a channel. The channel is configured to receive a handle of a wrench. A first sidewall extends from the body portion and defines a first side of the channel. A second sidewall extends from the body portion and defines a second side of the channel. A projection extends from the body portion. The projection is configured to be held between a user's fingers. A magnet is arranged in the channel. The magnet is configured to be magnetically secured to the handle of the wrench to secure the handle of the wrench in the channel.
TORQUE WRENCH PROFILED CAM LOCK LEVER
A torque wrench with a profiled cam lock lever that is movable between locked and unlocked positions over an adjustment knob of the tool. The lock lever includes an off-center pivot pin and a decreasing radius on a cam profile of the lock lever (rounded corner that contacts a housing of the tool when the lock lever is moved between the locked and unlocked positions). The off-center pivot pin increases an amount of force applied to the adjustment knob when the lock lever is in the locked position to minimize and/or prevent unintentional movement of the adjustment knob. The cam profile reduces an amount of force or effort needed to operate the lock lever and decreases rapid release of the lock lever as over center action is reached.
