Receiving Clamp for a Power Tool; Arrangement of Carrying System for a Power Tool and Receiving Clamp; and Arrangement of Carrying System, Receiving Clamp, and Power Tool
A receiving clamp for a power tool has a clamp body with first and second end faces and a receptacle extending from the first to the second end face. The receptacle is provided to receive a guide rod of the power tool. The receptacle has a longitudinal center axis and a slot extending from the first to the second end face. The slot is open across its entire length relative to the environment. The clamp body has bending elasticity in a direction transverse to the slot so that the slot can be widened. A suspending location is arranged on the clamp body and connectable to a carrying system for the power tool. The suspending location is arranged such that, when the receiving clamp is suspended by the suspending location and the longitudinal center axis is positioned in a horizontal plane, the slot is lower than the suspending location.
BALANCER
The invention relates to a balancer (1) for a movable component with a component weight, having a spindle mechanism (32), on the rotation element (34) of which the component can be suspended, and at least one compression spring (30) which is connected, at one of its ends (29), to a translation element (36) of the spindle mechanism, wherein the compression spring is able to be compressed by means of the translation element in the event of a rotation of the rotation element brought about by the component weight.
Tool handling system
A tool handling system including an overhead counter-balance and a control bar. The counter-balance uses a series of complementary springs to provide a counter-gravitational force to a suspended tool. When the user wishes to lift the tool from its equilibrium position, the user is assisted by the counter-gravitational force of the springs such that the tool may be lifted with only a small fraction of the force necessary to lift the tool unaided. The control bar will allow users to keep any cable away from a riser or other structure on which the tool is being used.
Chainsaw mount device
A counterbalanced chainsaw mount is provided that includes a pin joint, a suspended counterweight, and a counterweight support assembly between the pin joint and counterweight. The chainsaw mount assists cutting a work piece with a chainsaw, controlling the cutting motion and counterbalancing the chainsaw to prevent kickback. The pin joint is secured to a work table or alternative support, whereby the support assembly secures at one end to the guide bar of the chain saw. Along an opposite end, the support assembly supports the counterweight. The support assembly comprises an intermediate member extending along the chainsaw guide bar and an upstanding member supporting the counterweight. The counterweight is positioned an offset distance away from the distal end of the chainsaw guide bar such that the intermediate member is biased to rotate about the pin joint and therefore elevate the proximal end of the chainsaw guide bar while attached thereto.
Locking intermediate link for a tool arm assembly
An intermediate link for a tool arm assembly is provided. The intermediate link includes first and second connectors that are at least partially rotatable about respective first and second rotation axes. The intermediate link includes first and/or second lock rotation mechanisms that are configured to selectively prevent rotation of the first and second connectors.
Counterbalance system for upper horizontal surface drilling operations
A counterbalance system employs one or more springs to support a large motor drill on an upper horizontal work surface, for example on the tops of drill jigs or bushings. The counterbalance system supports the drill above the work surface where the counterbalance system can slide across the work surface to selectively position the drill over a drill bushing through which a drilling operation is to be performed. A user of the drill supported on the counterbalance system can then push downwardly on the drill to compress the spring and perform a drilling operation. On removal of the downward directed force exerted by the user of the drill, the spring pushes the drill upwardly to disengage the drill from the work surface. The user of the counterbalance system can then slide the counterbalance system and the drill across the top of the work surface.
Drilling and tapping machine
A drilling and tapping machine includes a power head assembly supported at a vertical orientation, a parallelogram arm structure including a head support and an arm base, and an arm positioning assembly coupled with the head support and the arm base support for guiding corresponding movements of the head support and the arm base support so as to ensure a vertical trajectory of the power head assembly. The machine further includes a counterweight configuration to vertically move the power head assembly via a lever. The machine further includes an operational control assembly to selectively shift the power head assembly between a drilling operation and tapping operation. Therefore, the machine is suitable to make a hole with a diameter of 0.5 to 3 mm.
WEARABLE MANUFACTURING ASSISTANCE DEVICE
A wearable manufacturing assistance device (1) for supporting a manufacturing tool (3), the manufacturing assistance device (1) includes a body unit (7) including a fastener (11) for fastening the body unit (7) to the back (13) of a technician (5) in a wearing position (15), and an arm member (9) which has an attachment end (19) attached to the body unit (7) and a tool end (21) opposite to the attachment end (19), wherein at the tool end (21) a mounting device (23) for mounting the manufacturing tool (3) to the arm member (9) is provided. While the wearable manufacturing assistance device (1) is fastened to the back (13) of the technician (5) and is in a wearing position (15), the arm member (9) extends from the attachment end (19) at the body unit (7) over a shoulder (17) and laterally past a head (27) of the technician (5).
