A GEARBOX FOR A RACK AND PINION LINEAR TRANSMISSION AND DRILLSTAND INCLUDING A GEARBOX AND A RACK
A gearbox for a rack (6) and pinion (4) linear transmission, said gearbox further includinga reduction gear train (1-4) having at least a first (1), a second (2), a third (3), and a fourth gear wheel (4), where the fourth gear wheel is the pinion (4) for rotary engagement with the rack (6); a rotary input shaft (7) operatively connected to the gear train (1-4) to effect a linear relative movement between the rack (6) and the pinion (4); and an intermediate shaft (8) on which the first (1) and the second (2) gear wheel are fixed; the third gear wheel (3) being fixed on the input shaft (7), the fourth gear wheel (4) being journalled to enable it to rotate freely on the input shaft (7) and constituting the pinion (4), and the first gear wheel (1) and the fourth gear wheel (4) being in constant meshing engagement with each other.
Precision gun smith platform
A gun smith platform includes a top plate. The top plate has a tool hole centrally disposed on the top plate that extends through the top plate through which a work piece attached to a work tool mounted to a bottom side of the top plate may extend, a plurality of alignment holes extending in a linear pattern from the tool hole, the alignment holes configured to receive alignment pins, at least one row of threaded mounting holes disposed parallel to the linear pattern of alignment holes, and a recessed track disposed parallel to the at least one row of threaded mounting holes. Four legs are attached to and supporting the top plate.
CORE DRILL ASSEMBLY
A drill stand includes a base supportable upon a mounting surface, a mast defining a longitudinal axis and extending upward from the base, a carriage moveably coupled to the mast and configured to support a core drill thereon, a spindle assembly for moveably adjusting the carriage along the mast, a handle assembly for rotating the spindle assembly, and a lock assembly that is operable to secure the carriage in a selected position on the mast. The lock assembly includes a first adjustment dial positioned on a first side of the carriage, a second adjustment dial positioned on a second side of the carriage, and a locking member operably coupled to the first and second adjustment dials to selectively secure the carriage on the mast.
MILLING ADAPTER FOR A WORK TABLE
The invention relates to an interchangeable milling adapter (20) for a work table (60), which comprises a receptacle (21) for a milling machine (70) and an angular adjustment (22). At the same time, an angular position (WP1, WP2) of the receptacle (21) in relation to the work table can be adjusted using the angular adjustment (22). Furthermore, a work table, a milling unit and their use for adjusting a milling machine are described.
Apparatuses and methods for assisting in removing, installing, transporting, and/or storing a door of a vehicle
A door lift apparatus for removing and/or installing a door of a vehicle by lifting the door from or onto hinges of the vehicle. The door lift apparatus includes a support frame, a cradle for receiving the door, and a displacement device configured to raise and lower the cradle relative to the support frame, and may further include a lateral stabilizer to prevent or limit lateral movement of the cradle relative to the support frame and/or a leveling shim to maintain the door in a substantially level position when supported. A door storage apparatus configured to be used with the door lift apparatus has a hanger arm configured to extend through a window opening of the door and support the door. A door glide slidably mounted on the hanger arm provides a mechanism to move the door axially back and forth along the hanger arm without scratching the door.
DRILL ASSIST DEVICE AND METHOD FOR USE THEREOF
A drill assist device comprising a first segment and a second segment telescopically coupled to one another, where the first segment further contains a gas strut. A pull down handle is configured to connect the first segment and the second segment and enable compression of the drill assist device when a worker applies pressure to the pull down handle. This compression is further assisted by at least one wire rope cable that is affixed to both the pull down handle and the second segment and may be secured via one or more wire rope clamps. The wire rope clams maybe tightened or released to extend or retract the second segment to achieve the desired height of the drill assist device.
Device and method for stabilizing and securing testing tubes in cast-in-drilled-hole piles
Concrete which is used in structural support of freeways, bridges, and large buildings, must be tested for anomalies. The testing equipment consists of probes which are inserted into testing tubes. The tubes are placed within rebar cages before concrete is poured. The prior art involved ad hoc methods of tying the tubes to the rebar. The improvement is pre-fabricated, mass produced cylindrical devices which can be axially snapped onto the testing tube. A first cylindrical device also has a perpendicular receptacle which facilitates connection to a second cylindrical device, where the second device can be axially snapped onto a piece of longitudinal rebar on the edge of the rebar cage. The combined first and second devices safely, accurately, and quickly affix the testing tubes to the rebar.
DEVICE SYSTEM INCLUDING A RADIO LINK
A device system, including a remote control (13) having a device housing (31) and a first radio unit (38), a tool device with a second radio unit and a radio link which connects the first radio unit (38) of the remote control (13) to the second radio unit of the tool device. The first radio unit is (38) is arranged on a front side (57) of the device housing (31), wherein the front side (57) is lying opposite a rear side (56) of the device housing (31) facing the operator in a working position of the remote control (13).
