Circular saw

A track saw assembly is provided including a track saw (i.e., a circular saw) having a shoe translatable upon a track. Various mechanisms control plunging of a saw unit and saw blade of the track saw relative to the shoe. For example, a plunge lockout mechanism is provided to prevent engagement of a trigger and prevent movement of a plunge mechanism. Various mechanisms control bevel angle adjustment of the saw unit relative to the shoe. For example, a linkage is provided and is operable to shift between a first position and a second position. In the first position, a bevel angle is restricted within a first bevel angle range. In the second position, the bevel angle is restricted within an expanded second bevel angle range. Other concepts relate to the interface between the shoe and the track and a clamp which secures the track to a workpiece.

A wheeled mount for handheld tools with a frame having an upper and lower region, a pair of handles attached to and projecting away from the upper frame region, an 5 axle attached to the lower frame region, a pair of wheels in contact with a generally horizontal surface and further fixed to the axle and a handheld tool positioned on or within and secured to the lower frame to position the attachment of the handheld tool in contact with the generally horizontal surface thereby creating a stable three point contact for the wheeled mount for handheld tools. An operator can safely operate and move the wheeled 10 mount for handheld tools in a manner similar to using a hand dolly.

Method and apparatus for accurately positioning automated modular tooling

A method for accurately assembling and positioning a modular tooling structure for manipulating a workpiece includes receiving, at one or more computers, three-dimensional model information describing the workpiece; generating, at the one or more computers, three dimensional design information representing a configuration for the modular tooling structure, wherein the three dimensional design information includes position data describing a position for at least one engaging member of the modular tooling structure with respect to the workpiece; positioning a multi-dimensional gauge with respect to a base structure based on the position data; and assembling the modular tooling structure using the design information such that a first end of the modular tooling structure is connected to the base structure and the at least one engagement member is positioned at a second end of the modular tooling structure and is in engagement with the multi-dimensional gauge.

DRILLING POSITIONING DEVICE

A drilling positioning device includes a main body, a handgrip part, and a center line. The main body has a first side and a second side disposed in a parallel arrangement along a first direction, and a first bores row and a second bores row disposed in a parallel arrangement at intervals along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The handgrip part is pivotally disposed on the first side and includes an observation hole. The center line extends along the second direction from the handgrip part toward the second side between the first bores row and the second bores row and is arranged in parallel thereto. The center line is aligned with a mark line on a drawer, so that drilling marks are drawn through the first and second bores rows, allowing the fastening bores to be drilled at predetermined positions.

Guide rail for guiding a hand-held power tool

A guide rail for guiding a hand-held power tool. The power tool includes a drive motor (23), a working tool (25), which is driven by the drive motor (23), and a protective cover (30) for the working tool. The protective cover can be moved between an open position (O) and a covering position (A), wherein the guide rail (60) has a stop assembly having at least one opening stop (81, 91) for moving the protective cover (30) into the open position (O) when the hand-held power tool (20) is moved along the guide axis (F).
