The invention of the present disclosure is that of a plumber's platform for supporting the back of a plumber or the like when replacing various plumbing fixtures under a sink, such as a kitchen or bathroom sink. In certain embodiments, a plumber's platform according to the present disclosure may be formed of a hard plastic material such as via thermoplastic molding, and may be configured with fixed or adjustable supports such as legs or feet of various types. In preferred embodiments, a plumber's platform according to the present disclosure may be configured as a lid for a toolbox of appropriate dimensions and may be affixed thereto by various means. A plumber's platform may be unitary, having legs of fixed length, or may comprise extendable or adjustable legs of the same or varying lengths. In preferred embodiments, the platform may comprise one or more tool troughs and a carrying handle cutout.

A system suitable for use as a portable tradesperson workstation is presented. The system includes a main table configured to support and connect with a material working apparatus, the main table positionable on top of and connected to associated adjustable support legs. The system also includes two center adjustment brackets positionable on top of and connected to opposite ends of the main table. A parts table may comprise a structure including a first surface, a base including a platform affixed to the structure, and kinematic couplers secured to the base and configured to dock with complementary kinematic couplers of an alignment structure, the alignment structure being secured to a floor of an assembly cell, the first surface including a parts interface configured to hold a plurality of parts for assembly in the assembly cell, such that each part of the plurality of parts can be picked up by a robot of the assembly cell when the parts table is docked with the alignment structure, and the parts table is movable to a new location when the kinematic couplers are undocked from the alignment structure.

A parts table may comprise a structure including a first surface, a base including a platform affixed to the structure, and kinematic couplers secured to the base and configured to dock with complementary kinematic couplers of an alignment structure, the alignment structure being secured to a floor of an assembly cell, the first surface including a parts interface configured to hold a plurality of parts for assembly in the assembly cell, such that each part of the plurality of parts can be picked up by a robot of the assembly cell when the parts table is docked with the alignment structure, and the parts table is movable to a new location when the kinematic couplers are undocked from the alignment structure.

A modular tube apparatus that can include metal legs as an inner part of an overall height adjustable leg of a workstation. Each leg piece can include a plurality of protrusions on each side to help align parts for assembly and vertical shear strength. There are also notches on each side to self-align holes on the two parts and for additional shoulder support. The overall adjustable legs may include a base plate for securement and an outer tube leg to provide additional strength and securement.
