CONVERTIBLE SAWHORSE AND WORKTABLE
20210046634 · 2021-02-18 ·

A convertible sawhorse and work table assembly includes two sawhorse legs, a worktable and two pivoting support rods. The two support rods are pivotably attached to the work table near one end thereof and to one of the sawhorse legs at the other end thereof. When in the closed condition, the sawhorse legs are folded against each other, with the worktable folded along one of the legs and the two support rods folded against the other sawhorse leg. In a second condition, the sawhorse legs are pivoted away from each other with the worktable and support rods remaining folded against the legs. In a third condition, the table is pivoted upwardly away from the one sawhorse leg until it is disposed substantially horizontally above the sawhorse legs, and is then slid rearwardly relative thereto until the pivot support rods are fully extended away from the other sawhorse legs.

Modularly assembled control panels

Systems, apparatus, methods, and techniques of assembly of discrete modules of a control panel are disclosed. The modules can be independently wired, tested, and installed into a control panel. Module definitions are defined specifying components to perform the electrical function, a mechanical arrangement of the components, electrical connections, and logical interactions of the module. A bill of materials can be generated based on a designation of a set of modules for a control panel and the module definitions. Modularly assembled control panels are disclosed. An assembly frame is described herein for temporarily mounting components of a module for independent assembly of a control module and for eventual removal and installation into a control panel frame. The assembly frame may include a faceplate frame and side frames and temporary mounting features.

Modular tooling fixture with interchangeable panel defining a tooling surface

A tooling assembly is provided, for use with a panel defining a tool-side surface and the tool-side surface defining a profile. The tooling assembly includes a base, a plurality of support members fixedly attached to the base, a plurality of frames, and a securing system. The frames each define an upper surface, where each support member is releasably coupled to a corresponding frame by a fastening system. The upper surfaces of the frames are each shaped to correspond with a portion of the profile of the tool-side surface of the panel. The securing system is for providing a suction force configured to releasably secure the panel against the upper surface of the frames.

Adaptive manufacturing table

Described is an adaptive manufacturing table (100) including a structural frame assembly (300), a moveable table assembly (400) including a table surface (130), and a projector (101) such that the projector (101) is rigidly mounted to the structural frame assembly (300). The projector (101) may be configured to directly project an image onto the table surface (130).

SUBSTRATE INVERTING DEVICE

Provided is a substrate inverting device that can reverse the front and back of a substrate without causing damage and that can suppress a decrease in work efficiency due to inverting the substrate. A substrate inverting device that inverts the front and back of a substrate comprise: a rectangular frame shaped casing that encloses the circumference of a substrate to be inverted; a first holding unit that is joined to one edge of the casing so as to be able to rotate and that holds the substrate from the front side; a second holding unit that is joined to another edge of the casing facing the one edge so as to be able to rotate and that holds the substrate from the back side; and a support unit that supports the casing so that same can rotate about an axis in the horizontal direction while the substrate is held by the first holding unit and second holding unit.

Speed clamp for T-slotted structural elements

A clamp for a T-slotted structural element can be positioned anywhere along the T-slot. A housing and stop are opposingly attached to the structural member, and a horizontal shaft is engaged with the housing. A fixing pin is inserted through a vertical hole in the housing and attached to a slot key that is inserted in the T-slot. Actuating a lever or handle applies an upward force on the fixing pin, pressing the key against the top of the T-slot and fixing the housing in place. In embodiments, the stop can be repositioned to any of a plurality of locations along the T-slot. In certain embodiments, the stop and housing can be placed on different surfaces of the structural member. In various embodiments, the stop and/or housing are constructed with different slot profiles that match their respective T-slotted structural elements. In embodiments, the housing is rotatable.

Existing fabrication tables are often expensive, immobile, unsafe, and difficult to work with. This invention comprises a modular fabrication table, which is rapidly adaptable to expand over a large surface area, add perpendicular work surfaces, and integrate existing peripheral components that can be purchased at a store. This allows fabrication prototypers to have relatively inexpensive, mobile, sturdy, square, and level tables within which to configure structures for the production of fabrication work pieces.

WIRING HARNESS LAYOUT TABLE WITH ROTATABLE WORK SURFACES

A table includes a frame, a rotatable component, and a rotation mechanism. The frame has a pair of rotation bearings.
