Tool pack system with removable tool panels
A pack system adapted for carrying hand tools includes a tool-carrying container constructed to be worn on a user's person and having a bottom portion, a first shell portion, a second shell portion defining and enclosing a main storage compartment. A releasable closure is connected between the first and second shell portions. At least one tool panel is removably disposed within the main storage compartment and has one or more tool receivers each constructed to retain a hand tool. A panel-retaining structure between the tool panel(s) and the bottom portion of the pack releasably retains the tool panel(s) in the main storage compartment.
Tool box structure
A tool box structure includes multiple tool boxes. Each of the tool boxes includes a first case, a second case, a first restriction unit, and a second restriction unit. The first case is provided with a receiving space, multiple first mounting portions, a first locking portion, a first inclined face, two second mounting portions, and a limit portion. The second case is provided with multiple third mounting portions, a second locking portion, a second inclined face, two fourth mounting portions, a first receiving groove, a second receiving groove, and a third receiving groove. The first restriction unit is mounted in the first receiving groove and moved in the first receiving groove to restrict or release the limit portion. The second restriction unit is mounted in the second receiving groove. The second restriction unit is assembled with the first restriction unit.
Systems and Methods for Power Tool Activation with Packaging Interface System
A power tool system and method are provided that includes a power tool device having a body. a terminal interface coupled to the body. and an electronic controller coupled to the body. The system further includes packaging containing the power tool device, and a packaging interface system. The packaging interface system includes a connection port and a power tool device connector. The connection port is exposed external to the packaging and receives a security command, for example. from a reusable adapter in communication with a point of sale device. The power tool device connector selectively engages with the terminal interface and provides a communication path between the connection port and the terminal interface. The electronic controller of the power tool device receives the security command from the packaging interface system via the power tool device connector, and unlocks the power tool device in response to the security command.
STACKING LATCH MECHANISM
The present invention relates to a latch mechanism configured to secure two bodies together by simply placing one body on top of the other and applying moderate downward pressure to the top body. The latch mechanism includes a housing and a latch partially disposed within the housing. The latch includes a main body, and a primary hook and an opposing secondary hook both extending from the main body. The latch is configured to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the primary hook is not obscured by the housing. In the second position, the primary hook is substantially obscured by the housing. The latch mechanism also includes a bias configured to bias the latch toward its first position.
BOX CAPABLE OF REPLACEMENT OF HALF BOX BODY THEREOF
This application provides a box capable of replacement of a half box body thereof, which includes a first half box body, a second half box body and a hexagon wrench. The first half box body includes a first pivot connecting portion having a first through hole. The second half box body includes a second pivot connecting portion having a second through hole. A hexagonal transverse segment of the hexagon wrench is inserted in the first and second through holes, making the first half box body and the second half box body pivotably connected as a whole. By the structural configuration of the aforementioned box, the user only has to extract or install the hexagon wrench to the first and second through holes to complete the separation or pivotable connection between the first half box body and the second half box body.
Laser emitter with a modular storage unit
Various aspects of a laser level interfacing with a modular storage system are shown. The laser level couples to a storage unit and/or a stand that itself couples to the storage unit. The stand extends past the front of the storage unit and permits the laser level to emit line in the downward direction.
Actuating work surface for storage device
The systems described in this disclosure can be used with a storage system to provide a platform for items and/or papers such as blueprints. A container includes a top panel that is pivotal relative to the container. The container may include additional panels that are pivotal with respect to the top panel and that rotate away from the top panel to extend the platform provided by the top panel.
Container
A container constructed and arranged to be connected to at least one other container. The container has a container portion, a cover, and a latch member movable between a first position and a second position. A retaining member on the container portion is engageable with the latch member. In the first position, the latch member engages the retaining member to inhibit movement of the latch member away from the first position. In the second position, the latch member is engageable with a container portion of the other container to connect the containers. The latch member is pivotally movable in a clockwise and counterclockwise manner. The latch member can be pivoted upwards to the second position to engage the other container and the latch member can be pivoted downwards to the first position to engage the retaining member to inhibit movement of the latch member away from the first position.
Storage Container
A storage container that has a container housing in which at least one receiving compartment is formed, and a drawer element which can be pulled out and retracted is located in the receiving compartment. Pull out-limiting means prevent the drawer element from being accidentally pulled out beyond a maximum pull-out operating position. The pull out-limiting means have stop tongues which can be pivoted against lateral outer wall sections of the drawer element by means of elastic deformation and each of which includes a stop protrusion that protrudes outwards. A counter stop edge which is arranged on the container housing is located in the pull-out path of each stop protrusion. If the drawer element is pulled out completely, the stop tongues can be bent by being manually acted upon such that the respective stop protrusion can pass by the counter stop edge.
Portable magnetic tool organizer
A tool organizer for transporting a plurality of tools for which multiple sizes and/or types may be needed during a particular job, including but not limited to (and by way of example only) drill bits, screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and the like. The tool organizer of the present disclosure comprises a first compartment hingedly coupled with a second compartment such that the tool organizer is moveable between a first, closed position in which the tools inside the tool organizer are prevented from falling out and a second, open position in which the tools inside the tool organizer are accessible to a user.
