System and method for mounting a robotic arm in a surgical robotic system
Systems and methods for mounting a robotic arm for use in robotic-assisted surgery, including a mobile shuttle that includes a support member for mounting the robotic arm that extends at least partially over a gantry of an imaging device. Further embodiments include a mounting apparatus for mounting a robotic arm to a base or support column of an imaging device, to a patient table, to a floor or ceiling of a room, or to a cart that extends over the top surface of the patient table.
Robot system and method for controlling robot system
A robot system includes a workpiece supplier, a work robot, and a support. The workpiece supplier is to turn a workpiece about a workpiece turning axis to position the workpiece at a work position. The work robot includes a base and a robot arm. The robot arm is connected to the base turnably about an arm turning axis to perform a work on the workpiece at the work position. The arm turning axis crosses the workpiece turning axis. The support connects the workpiece supplier and the base.
SUSPENDED AUTOMATION SYSTEM
A suspended automation system includes a rail array secured to a ceiling. A gantry moves in an X-Y plane defined by the rail array with a drive mechanism. A controller with a human user interface allows for selective movement of the gantry to transport, and in some instances store or manipulate articles. A motorized rotating platform and one or more of a robotic arm, a camera, or a counter-balance are added to the platform to facilitate storage and manipulation, as well as actions in the area below the ceiling. A rail array in some embodiments is equipped with storage modules located above the rail array that can take a variety of shapes, sizes, and configurations for storage of an article, including a stack. A related process of article movement can be accomplished by the suspended automation system. Another related process is overhead storage and selective delivery of an article.
Systems and methods for providing for the processing of objects in vehicles
An object processing system within a trailer for a tractor trailer is discloses. The object processing system includes an input area of the trailer at which objects to be processed may be presented, a perception system for providing perception data regarding objects to be processed, and a primary transport system for providing transport of each object in one of at least two primary transport directions within the trailer based on the perception data.
FRAME FOR MOUNTING AND CONTROLLING ROBOT ASSISTED MANUFACTURING
A frame for mounting and controlling robot assisted manufacturing is disclosed. The frame may comprise at least two crossmembers fastened or attached to the frame through a plurality of holes at base of the frame. The frame may have a polyhedron structure and the at least two crossmembers may traverse through at least two sides of the base. A control box may be mounted on top of the frame for controlling an equipment performing the robot assisted manufacturing. A plurality of cables may be routed from the control box through the frame towards the equipment. The equipment may be held in an inverted position through assorted hole patterns.
Robot system and robot
A robot system and a robot are capable of easily defining a position of a target object with respect to a robot. The robot system includes a first robot, a first cell which is provided with the first robot and is capable of moving, and a positioning unit which is provided in an inner portion of the first cell and positions a target object.
Feeder And Robot System
A feeder that feeds objects to be picked up by a robot, includes an object container unit having a first planar portion including a first planar surface in which the objects are thrown, and a groove portion including a plurality of grooves extending in a first direction from the first planar portion as seen from a normal direction in which a normal of the first planar surface extends, and a vibrator unit that applies vibration to the object container unit, wherein the vibrator unit has a first vibration mode in which the objects are moved in the first direction.
ARTICLE SUPPLYING APPARATUS AND COMBINATORIAL WEIGHING DEVICE
An article supplying apparatus includes a retention unit configured to retain an article, a robot hand configured to insert the article retained in the retention unit into a container, and a control unit configured to control operation of the robot hand. The robot hand has a holding portion for holding the article. The control unit executes holding control in which the article is held by the holding portion; and stand-by insertion control in which after the holding portion is temporarily disposed at a stand-by position different from a position immediately above an article insertion port in the container and set on a movement path from a start position of the holding through the holding control to the position immediately thereabove, the holding portion is moved to the position immediately thereabove, and the article is inserted into the container via the article insertion port.
Robot mounting arrangement
A surgical robotic system comprising: a surgical robot arm (7, 8, 9) having at least six degrees of freedom, the arm having a distal end for attachment to a surgical tool (5) and a proximal end; and a mounting structure (10, 11, 12) configured to mate to the proximal end of the arm for holding the proximal end of the arm spatially fixed, the mounting structure comprising an electrical connection for powering the surgical robot arm; wherein the system comprises a manually operable latching mechanism (6) whereby the arm can be attached to and released from the mounting structure.
MELT SPINNING DEVICE
A melt spinning device for producing synthetic threads includes at least a spinneret apparatus, a cooling apparatus, a processing apparatus and a winding apparatus. An automatic operating device is provided for carrying out at least one operator action. The automatic operating device has at least one movable robotic arm, which can be coupled selectively to one of a plurality of exchangeable tools in order to selectively carry out a plurality of operator actions during a start-up and/or during a maintenance interval and/or during thread production. Thus, a high level of flexibility in the automated operation of the melt spinning device is ensured.
