A robotic assistant includes a wheeled base, a storage unit including drawers, a foldable arm connected to a top of the storage unit and including an end of arm tooling (EOAT) connected to a distal end of the foldable arm, an elevation mechanism positioned on the wheeled base and used to move the storage unit up and down, and a control system that receives command instructions. In response to the command instructions, the control system is configured to move the wheeled base, open or close the one or more drawers, actuate movement of the foldable arm and the EOAT to pick up and place external objects from/to a determined location, and control the storage unit to move up/down.

SEMI-ACTIVE ROBOTIC JOINT

A robotic joint comprises a first link, a middle link, a torque generator, a second link, and a locking mechanism. Different ends of the middle link are rotatably coupled to the first link and the second link. The torque generator is coupled to the first link and the middle link and is configured to produce torque between these links. The locking mechanism is switchable between a locking state and an unlocking state. In the unlocking state, the locking mechanism allows free rotation of the second link relative to the middle link in the first and second rotation directions. In the locking state, the locking mechanism is configured to impede rotation of the second link relative to the middle link in the first rotation direction and to allow rotation of the second link relative to the middle link in the second rotation direction opposite of the first rotation direction.

A manipulator includes a base body, a first link supported to be capable of advancing and retracting with respect to the base body, a first leaf spring connected to a tip of the first link as a rotation pair by a first base end pin, a second link that is arranged with the first link side by side and is supported to be capable of advancing and retracting with respect to the base body, a second leaf spring connected to a tip of the second link as a rotation pair by a second base end pin in the same direction as the first base end pin, and a driven link that is connected to tips of the first and second leaf springs as rotation pairs by first and second tip pins in the same direction as the first and second base end pins, respectively.

The operating command includes a completely matched first operating command, and a partially matched second operating command. The power mechanism (22) of the surgical robot can be precisely freely dragged or constraint control dragged.

A parallel type integrated actuator is proposed. The actuator includes: a driving unit composed of a plurality of motors, each motor being stacked successively in a longitudinal direction of the driving unit, each motor having a stator fixed to a position outside the driving unit and a rotor positioned inside thereof, each motor rotating relative to each other; a plurality of shafts; a heat sink housing having a cylindrical shape formed around the outer surface of the driving unit, and having an inner circumferential surface thereof thermally connected with the plurality of stators and a plurality of flow paths formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a blower fan installed on one end side of the driving unit, provided with a wing part disposed to be adjacent to one end side of the heat sink housing, wherein rotation generates convection for heat exchange.

The robot arm link includes a first arm link; a hollow shaft extending along a first axis thereof and coupled to the first arm link; a first stage reduction assembly coupled to a power source of the robot; and a second stage reduction assembly comprising: an input coupled to an output of the first stage reduction assembly and adapted to rotate about a second axis offset from the first axis; and an output coaxially arranged on a periphery of the hollow shaft and adapted to engage with the input to cause a rotation of the first arm link via the hollow shaft.

The first link and/or the second link includes a tendon contact surface on which the tendon slides remaining in contact with the tendon contact surface, defining one or more sliding paths on the tendon contact surface. The sum of all sliding paths defines a total winding angle of at least 120°.
